I used to love this place. Went there for over 8 months, it was the only smokeshop that I would go to. Until today. I went there today to buy my first box mod vape, and the owner directed me to a $50 Kanger DripBox "starter kit" and told me that *EVERYTHING I NEEDED* was in there. I trust them, so I got it. Well, I get home and am excited about opening my new mod so that I could use it, and guess what? Everything that I needed was NOT in there. No battery. So I call back and explain that I had just opened it and saw that theres no battery, and she didnt have the battery in stock. So I ask for a refund or an exchange, and she says "We dont do refunds..." I had reminded her that she specifically told me that everything I needed was in the box, which is why I got it, was not true. She basically said "tough luck, sorry". Accident or not, its WRONG to not make something right for your customers from a mistake that YOU made. I feel scammed, and ripped off, and am out $50. $50 that took me a while to save up for. To me, it felt like going out and buying a car, only to find out it had 3 tires. The accident has me upset, but the real reason that I will not be coming back to your store, is because of the lack of integrity to correct a mistake you made to your customer. I *trusted* you, and you steered me wrong. This is the first store Ive ever been in that has never corrected a mistake on their end. And it will probably be the one and only as well, since most businesses know that its the right thing to do, in order to keep a customer. All of this happened within 30 minutes too!! (About an hour now, as I type this). Thats what kills me, it was in such a short period of time. Its not like Ive had it for a month... In one of the comments below, there was a response from the store saying "my employees are trained to spot liars", well, I wish I was trained like that too. To any potential customers reading this; use caution when purchasing anything other than cigarettes or vape juices. Especially the (overpriced) box mods and Chinese knockoffs. Ask specific questions, and be ABSOLUTELY SURE that youre not going to get burned and SOL with no refunds or mistakes being corrected. Dont get put in my position. Had they made it right for me, I wouldnt be making this review and I would still be a frequent customer to this store. But this was the straw that broke the camels back, its a shame because I really liked this place. Oh well, theres always someplace better.

I have been a costumer for years spent a few grand in my years at this place, I bought a Vape battery and I brought it home and it wouldnt attach to the charger, when I went in to show them or to get an exchange, the Red Headed Dude was Rude, and said the battery was stripped but wasnt going to exchange it for me cuz ive had it for about a month! I told him a barely used it and showed him another that I had over a year he went to grab it but I refuse to give it to him, he them said fine I was going to show you why it was stripped! He also said Im running a business here and walked away! Well fine you just lost my business over a 5 dollar battery! They do not honor their costumers or their products! Do not buy Equipment here all you get is broken stuff and disappointment!! And one big Rude Dude!! What a grumpy jerk! I hope to protest this place real soon! Even Walmart will exchange their products! erf!!

Eric at Cigarettes for Less is awesome!!! A couple family members and myself had been doing business with Emerald Vapors for our vapor cig kits and supplies but became more than displeased with their products and lack of guarantees on the products they sell as well as the waiting time on several occasions to receive our purchases. Eric was right there to help us as soon as we entered the store, he was very helpful and informative and honest about his products and guarantees on the vapor cig kits and supplies that he sells consumers. Emerald Vapors have now lost 3 customers. We look forward to taking our business to Cigarettes for Less from now on...and to Eric!!!

I just came to the doors literally 40 minutes before you guys closed, trying to get a new piece of glass....And the doors were locked. Some girl was just standing there doing nothing. I just wasted my time and gas money coming here 40 minutes before closing time and the doors are locked? You should let whoever that girl is know, the doors need to stay open until your actual closing time. Shes getting paid to do nothing.. You just lost a valued customer due to her apathy for her job.

I work next door an always go in for something or another. I tend to conversate with the lady owner quite a bit too. Staff is super FRIENDLY and very HELPFUL!! The products are within great price ranges an so far really sturdy. I bought some glass a few months ago an have dropped them a couple times an theyre totally fine!! Best place to go for awesome friendly service an great glass art. Plus the cigarettes are wonderful prices too!!!
