I swung by this store immediately after work, and was dreading the long process of getting a new phone. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I was treated with some of the most quality and expedient service Ive ever received. Not only was the upgrade waaay cheaper than I expected, I was informed I could be saving an additional 20 dollars a month on my service plan. I was in and out with a new phone in my hand, and got some hook-ups on its case, a rad magnet car mount, and screen protector. Ask for Mike or DJ. They know their stuff, and while I was there Mike walked in with a bag of energy drinks for his employees, and even offered me one when they had an extra. I turned it down because this was before I had been informed of any prices and I didnt want to feel obligated to get suckered into any of the bull that usually comes with this kind of transaction. But like I said, there was none of that, and my experience at this store couldnt have gone any better. Thanks again, guys!

This is, without a doubt, the *best* Verizon retailer (not corporate store) Ive found in the greater Portland area. They handled my technical issues and questions better than every Verizon Corporate store Ive visited (thats three of them here) and treated me better and more professionally than any of them. Special thanks to Jacob and the store manager (whose name I dont recall) for your undeterred and gracious help today with my "old school" iPhone, and for allowing Verizon Customer Service to call me back on your store phone, while they helped troubleshoot my device and restore my data coverage. Thanks also, Jacob, for the solid tips on working out, and chatting about our collective good times in MMRP. Haha! All of you were great, and Ill be back when Im ready to upgrade. I would almost be willing to lose my phone again just to be able to go back to this location and experience the great customer service. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable about the products available, made great recommendations, based on what I explained about how I used my device, and made sure that everything was in good order before I left the store. He double-checked everything for accuracy, and in the process found some ways to help me save money on my account. All the staff there were pleasant and helpful, and made the unpleasant experience of a non-functioning phone disappear. If you need to visit a Verizon Store, I recommend this location, even if you have to drive a little farther. This location provided far and away the best customer service I have experienced at any Verizon store. If it were possible to rate higher than 5 stars, I would be right there!

Great in store customer service. Very friendly. Came in solely to add a new line to our family plan. We were able to add the line easily and were told at the time there was a $30 activation fee for the phone which we paid in store and got a free cable. I am now looking at my monthly bill a week later to find out a total protection insurance plan was added (extra $15/month), in the process of transferring numbers an extra activation fee was also charged (extra $20). Neither of these were told to us in the store and we would have never agreed to insurance. Also we could have activated the phone ourselves if we need it involved $30 in store and an extra $20 activation fee. Poor transparency in costs to customers, likely due to being a new store and now I am struggling with customer service online to get all of this fixed.

My unlucky self dropped my phone on carpet and cracked the inside of the screen. I had to fly out to california in the morning and had no way to contact people on the other side for pickup. I walked into this store and was helped by Benny. While he didnt have a replacement phone for me, he gave me viable options on how to fix my problem. He was incredibly helpful in making my decision. He even helped reassure my mom over the phone. On top of all the wonderful service, he saved me a whooooole lot of money. You need anything from Verizon, I would highly recommend you go down and see Benny! Hes amazing!!

A new Verizon location in SE Portland finally. No line, no waiting, as this branch is under the radar right now, not listed online. Josh helped us upgrade my daughters phone. It took a little longer than I thought it should, but only because the phone that she wanted was retired as of yesterday, and he had to call to verify that. There are only a few sample phones on the floor, unlike other stores. There are kinda weird booths set up, like in a restaurant, but with computers, to help you. Not sure that I like staring at the back of a monitor screen as the sales person is working with you.

Originally tried WalMart for my new phone but I guess they dont carry Verizon anymore. Was pleasantly surprised to notice a Verizon store across the parking lot that I was previously unaware of. By then, we had about 45 min before a movie we were headed to see at century 16 theater. Josh was able to help us navigate our options and get all the account stuff signed off so I could walk out with my brand-new iPhone 6s+ fully set up to use in time to make the movie. Very happy with the service at this location.

Will never go to this place a again they did some fraudulent thing on my account and it been going on three weeks to get this all figured out and still waiting NEVER GO TO A THIRD PARTY ONLY GO TO CORPORATE VERIZON STORE then u cant get screwed over thanks MICHAEL FOR SCREWING ME OVER and DJ the manger cant give out any info bullshit it my right to get there bosses number and they say they dont have it yes u do in the computer u have all the number

I went in and spent hours going over the phone quote I received from Verizon directly. Only for them to promise credits they never delivered. The quoted monthly price is well under what Im actually paying. I was promised the manager would follow up with me. He never did. I phoned a few weeks later and obtained his email. He never responded to my emails. I will be switching carriers ASAP and am looking forward to it.

Josh was a great help and was able to get us switched over from another carrier. We had lots of technical troubles and questions, all were solved in a reasonable amount of time. Still due to a long process, we were hooked up with some goodies to make up for it. Great service at the Eastport location and Id be happy to do more business with them in the future!

The staff at this store have been so incredibly helpful, especially the manager Paul Copes. We had been poorly treated by the manager at the Mall 205 Verizon store & we were so happy to find such friendly & helpful folks at this one. Paul is so patient & knowledgeable. We are very happy with the treatment we received at this store. Amazing! Thank you!

I got to work with Benny on a one on one basis. He helped me with my banking apps that I use daily. He was very patient and understanding. When I didnt understand know how to use an application he took the time to show me. He didnt rush me out of the store and made me feel welcome. I will shop here again and I will ask for Benny.
