Worst buying experience of my life! Purchased a 2005 Porsche Carrera S with 58,000 miles that has become a NIGHTMARE and I want to warn other potential customers of how bad I was ripped off and lied too. I found the vehicle on AutoTrader and it looked like a great deal with some few exceptions, brakes were at 3mm and Porsche recommends replacement at 2mm, the last thing any buyer wants to do is pay $36,000 for a car and then put $1000-2000 into it right away, after some negotiable they replaced the brakes and was assured through many emails and vague photos that the car was perfect. I sent a check for $36,000 and this is where the NIGHTMARE begins, the car that arrived in Arizona was not the car I was fraudulently sold! There was a huge scratch on the passenger side which Freeman Motor Company blamed the transport company for however it was documented at time of pick up and after dozens of emails and catching Freeman Motor Company in lies they offered to pay for the damage which was a lie also but we will get to that, next the convertible top was extremely damaged with cuts and one portion being broke near the drivers side cause water to pour in through the top and making the car 100% un-drive able in the rain and loud wind noise when driving with top up, next the vehicle was in a flood or felt outside many times in a rain storm because the instrument cluster has water damage inside the cluster, do you know how hard it is to get water inside a instrument cluster, the radio knobs where garage now this is common on the 997 but they were difficult to see in photos and I had to pay $60 to replace them, the ignition keys were smashed and taped back together, do you know how embarrassing hand a scotch tape Porsche key is to a valet, my friends are laughing at me and this POS car, I cant even drive it. Next the Rear Wind Deflector was missing which is STANDARD EQUIPMENT on this car and I was mislead about this being missing! No back to the wrap issue, the whole vehicle wrap is junk with portions being extremely sun faded to bare metal and back to the scratch with Freeman Motor Company straight out lied about, I brought the vehicle to 12 wrap shops in Arizona and most said they werent even remotely interested in working on the car, half said the WHOLE CAR needs to be Rewrap because of the extensive damage to the vehicle, I found one shop that was willing to Rewrap the door and replace the door decal for $385, so I figured I got extremely screwed by Freeman Motor Company the least they can do to make everything right is fix the door damage for $385 and also send me a rear Wind Deflector for $300-400 and I can some how manage to live with $5000+ damage to the car but after dozens and dozens of emails Aaron Stuempges wont even make the situation right after bending me over, stealing $36,000 from me and I was repeated blown off and given BS counter offers on damages that they lied to me about. This is hands down the single worst automotive experience I have ever had in the whole life!!! I have bought 2 Porsches and 2 BMWs online before and the companies were beyond awesome, cars were mint condition, dealership were great and nice people. Aaron Stuempges and Freeman Motor Company are LYING THIEVES and just so its not one upset customers word please look at my photos and emails! Every single email and photo will be posted online for you the customer to read and decided! Anyone even remotely thinking of buying a vehicle from these lying crooks is out of their mind, they straight out robbed me but judge for yourself. I am creating multiple websites and social media accounts to document and share my experience please read and share and stay FAR AWAY from these people!!!! Search Freeman Motor Company SUCKS on Facebook and Instagram! I personally want Aaron Stuempges and the crooked sales team FIRED! This is ILLEGAL and UNETHICAL!!!!!!!!!!!

I swore off car dealerships after a nightmare experience of psychological torment and bait-and-switch at a different dealership 17 years ago. I promised myself I would never buy a car from a dealership again, but I could not find the car I wanted for sale by a private party after months of searching. Today, I am grateful that I did not keep that promise to myself as I just had one of the best consumer experiences of my life. I called Freeman Motors yesterday because I saw that they had a Jaguar online I was interested in test driving. My day was tightly scheduled, and I asked the lovely Ariel, who took the call, if it would be possible for me to test drive and complete the purchase of the car within the one hour I had free. She told me they could do it. When I arrived, friendly and welcoming sales consultant Jason Copeland signed me in immediately, and I was in the drivers seat within 5 minutes. What I noticed during my first few minutes at the dealership was the beauty and elegance of the showroom and the peaceful disposition of the sales staff and the other customers who were there. During my hour there, it was my impression that they sold at least 3 other cars. In fact, as I look back, I dont think anyone left the place without buying a car...and for good reason. The car I drove was perfect. It was priced a bit below market which made it even more attractive. I found myself distracted by the good deals to be had on other cars there and was tempted to slip behind the wheel of a Maserati and a Porsche as well, but I was able to restrain myself. Next, I had an easy, fast and transparent signing with Adam in the finance office where I was given ample opportunity to read all the forms and ask any questions I had. He walked me through warranty and gap coverage options but at no time did I feel pressured or confused about the offerings or the pricing of the car. There were no surprises except for the $100 donation the company offered to make on my behalf to a school district of my choosing; its their way of giving back to the community, Adam explained. First class! With the paperwork complete, Jason brought me to my car, which he had moved behind the red ropes. I felt very special, which I assume is the idea. He explained all the cars features and functions, paired my phone to it, and answered my many questions. The experience was so easy and so much fun that I insisted he be in the photo of the car with me. Ive already told my friends and colleagues about this wonderful experience. I will send everyone I know to Freeman Motors to buy their cars, and I will actually look forward to returning for all my future vehicles. A great smile of gratitude for your outstanding business practices and customer service. Its both refreshing and inspiring to discover such a gem in our great city.

I bought a used Lexus back in May 2014 from Freeman Motor Company. It has taken me this long to calm down and write a nicely worded review of this company. To start with, Im a female college student in my mid twenties. I was about to drive across country to Florida when my Land Rover broke down three days before I had to leave. I was desperate to find a car. I have worked with freeman motor company in the past with my previous job so I thought they were a great place to buy a car. They have an amazingly beautiful showroom with really nice cars. Little did I know that they are a total scam. The guys helping me buy the car were really nice and helpful. They were not pushy at all. I had a great car buying experience. We signed all the papers and the car was mine. Thats when all the trouble started. While looking at the car we noticed the locks didnt work. The guys helping me assured me it was a child lock issue and no big deal, just flip the switch in the door. So I got the car home and the locks still didnt work. I tried every switch and nothing worked. So I called freeman back and they told me to come to the service center. Long story short, EVERY actuator in each door was broken. They were going to charge me over $2000 to fix it. I asked if they would cover it and they said absolutely not. So they lied to my face about it being a child lock issue. Then two days later I started the drive to Florida. I made it to Idaho when my engine light came on. I stopped at the Lexus dealership in Albuquerque, NM and they took a look at my car. Turns out multiple engine sensors are bad and my transmission is leaking. The cost to replace the sensors was over $2000 and the leaking transmission would cost over $3000. The mechanic at the Lexus dealership said if anyone had looked at the car they would have seen the transmission leak and other issues. They felt positive that freeman saw the issue, cleared the check engine light and sold me the car. IT WAS A TOTAL SCAM! And they knew I was driving across county with this car. They totally took advantage of me. So moral of the story, I bought a car that they said was in perfect condition which actually needed all door lock actuators to be replaced, multiple engine sensors to be replaced, and a leaking transmission to be fixed. So either freeman never checked the car and lied and claimed they did a full inspection. Or they did inspect it and lied to cover up all of the issues. AVOID FREEMAN AT ALL COSTS!!
