I went in to this store on Saturday to discuss options for upgrading to a new phone. The salesman, Jim, answered questions and confirmed cost of the upgrade. After the decision was made, Jim processed the transaction and charged me triple the amount discussed in error! He was unable to reverse the charge or cancel, so the unauthorized payment stuck. He cited that nothing could be done on his side. Jim was unable to return the money or even provide a new phone! The account was frozen and I was forced to walk out with nothing. Because this isnt a corporate store, the burden was now placed on me. I HAD to contact my bank, I HAD to follow up with corporate Verizon, with absolutely no help from this store. Jim provided his contact information and after several conversations he asked that the contact stop and to call his Manager, Ryan. With all of the communication and irritation during a 4 day period - and still no resolution (refund of money owed to me), you would think that Ryan would have already contacted me to discuss this situation. A situation where a customer is charged in error for hundreds of dollars, doesnt immediately get refunded and has to walk out with nothing, clearly has the right to be frustrated and angry. I question the integrity of this store. I still do not have resolution and have been in contact with corporate Verizon every day since the error and unauthorized charge. It is unbelievable to me how Jim and Ryan (I assume the manager is aware of the situation) are not more on top of this and trying to rectify the error made by an employee of the store and a representative of Verizon!

Do yourself a favor and go across the river to the Verizon retailer in West Linn. I certainly wish I had. The customer service here is atrocious, causing ongoing headaches and difficulty for customers. Zero customer service and irresponsible management. Do not waste your time or trust any of these people to manage your account or money. A quick trip across the river gets you phenomenal service, or, you could choose this hot mess of a retailer and potentially end up wasting your time fixing their monumental mistakes. They will not care about you, your issue with their service, or the stress theyve caused. Like I said, do yourself a favor and avoid. If you must go, do not work with Jim, and trust his supervisor, Ryan, will be of zero assistance should you have any issues. Worthy of zero stars. Oh, and TCC? Save yourself the time to type a response to this review. Weve spent a lot of time trying to work with you, to no avail. Its clear where your stores have learned their customer (dis)service.

Called me a jerk on my way out!!! Customer service has hit an all time low. Dont get your phone here.They dont inform you of what youre signing on to. I thought my phone was insured. Turns out that there was a $160 to $190 deductible that the sales lady forgot to tell me about. She was condensing and rude in explaining it to me and I almost left but then the other guy had to throw in his 2 cents and told me that I signed a punch list that proved I knew about it. I asked them to produce it and all they had was a form saying I didnt want in store insurance which had the same deductible. They continued theyre bullying approach and I decided to leave. I stated that this had been the worst customer service experience Id had in a while and the darling sales lady just had to shout, youre a jerk. After speaking to Verizon turns out the deductible is 120. In a world where the consumer has so many options youd think people would care more about there clients.

Ive read all the reviews and sometimes you have to experience it yourself to judge for yourself. Ive been going there from the beginning and those guys there are absolutely awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable about everything they sell and very friendly. Got a concern or question, theyll answer it, if they dont know, theyre on the phone with the higher ups to find out the answer. Got another issue? Theyll do whatever it takes to fix it. Got questions about your device, they got that covered. As a business owner, I love that they give great customer service. I truly appreciate that and coming from a sales background, the guys there are top notch. Ryan and the crew couldnt be better. Will continue to give them my business.

Literally the worse Verizon store Ive ever been in!!! The people are the rudest and most inconsiderate people, in customer service, Ive ever dealt with. You stand there for 15 minutes and then they leisurely look up at you and say "well be with you in a minute." And then nothing happens for another 20 minutes, as they continue to sluggishly help someone else. Ive been in that store five times because its the closest one to my house and have literally never been helped! I have gotten so frustrated every single time, I have left the store. I will never step foot in there again! The manager really needs to reassess the staff he has there. Its embarrassing and appalling!

If you need any product or service this store has to offer I highly reccomend you see Sarah. She is very knowledgeable and will help you get the item that makes the most sense for you not just the most "cents for her" She genuinely cares about the customer and it really shows. I went in to get my broken phone replaced and plan on changing from Comcast to Dish becasue it was such a pleasure to work with this caring professional sales person. Honestly she did not even try to get me to change but Im going to because I know she will take of care of us after the sale. Jon G.

The first two times I went in, it was my best Verizon experience ever. However, had a problem with my bill/plan changes, based on information from Jim, and when I went in to get help, he told me it was my fault and that I would have to call customer service to fix it. He refused to help me, told me I had an attitude, and then refused to speak to me until I left the store. Will never go back!

Nik T is super helpful and knows a lot about basically everything. I got an iPhone7 and a 7 plus on a new plan with him and he walked me through how to switch everything over from my old phone and change the settings on the new one. Hes extremely efficient. If Nik isnt available I go to Jim. Theyre the best.

Not happy. I was told cost was 50 bucks, and then rebate of 50 bucks. We get the tablet. Now told refund denied, says was out of date period. WOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN IT IF IT WASNT FOR SALESMAN.
