The store itself is fine. The staff, as a rule, is young/inexperience, and passionate either about electronics or about their commission. In the past, I received excellent service in this store. Today, I walked in and received no service. I walked out after 15 minutes, or so, having wasted my time. The reason I did not interrupt the 2 salespeople is that they both acknowledged me. It stands to reason that, if they knew they would not become free soon, they would say something. THEY DIDNT. After about 15 minutes of my bored pacing, the store phone rang. The caller got immediate service, but was also told that, for his entire question, he would have to wait for at least 20 more minutes, as both associates were involved in lengthy transactions. This is when I left, having explained to the staff that they could have told me this same information 15 minutes before. And hey, I was listening to these transactions. about 40% of one of the conversation involved TMobile. It was either a flirtation, or just complete inconsideration of the fact that the customers entering that store are NOT being paid by the hour, and will not make a commission. Kids!

It took me 8 visits to the store to transfer my working cell service from att to T-Mobile. Friendly people..but absolutely shocking how many times they bungled up the transfer to a standard plan. Billing issues...Data working..Then stops..MMS works..Then has issues. A steady stream of setup errors on their part lasting two months..

So I had a Note 7 and I had to take it back because of the recall, These guys did an excellent job switching and refunding all of my Note 7 products. Good place to go but they should have an additional phone selection
