I dont usually write up reviews but after the god awful experience I had last night with this store, I felt inclined to do so. Ive been with Sprint for 5+ years now and have NEVER had any problems. Usually my issue is resolved quickly and with the up-most customer service. That is, Until my Fiances S2 started going on the fritz... I had her take it into this store and the Manager (Randy) immediately accused her that the phone was "obviously damaged by water" and that he would call her when he proved it. That was about 10:30 in the morning. About 6:00pm, I get a phone call from Randy and he starts explaining that the phone has water damage and that I would need to enter a claim with insurance and pay 100 to replace it. We are meticulously careful with our phones so I disagreed with him. He continually interrupted me and told me that He "knew what he was doing" and that the phone is "Sorta working" so come and get it. I went down there and immediately was confronted by him saying that he would not do anything for me because "it was obviously our fault". I even made him take the phone apart again and show me the "water damage". All the indicators were clean and would not explain why he felt it was damaged. Needless to say, we exchanged some harsh words and I walked out extremely dissatisfied. Today, I take my phone to the Hall Sprint store and WOULDNT YOU KNOW IT!?! NOT WATER DAMAGE. It was the screen that was malfunctioning. Fixed, and ready to do. Ive had multiple friends tell me that Randy is far from helping customers that go in there and that its his way or the highway. DO NOT GO HERE!! They will condescend you and make you feel that everything is your fault. Not to mention their means of troubleshooting is to completely wipe the phone right out the gate. You are better off taking it to Hall or just calling Sprint Customer service. They will at least hear you out and give you options. Not cut you off and belittle you. Beware of Randy Happ and Sprint Store A4587!!!

Took a 2 month old phone, the phone was obviously defective, locking up, screen tearing, non responsive touch. The manager "Randy" told his tech to take it apart and see what is wrong. They told me "the phone is water damaged"... I keep the phone in a $65 protective case, that keeps it safe from drops, "water resistant" (says it right on the package), and there was NO way it was water damaged. I use the phone for my business, 99% of the time it sits on my desk at my business, or up to my ear. I asked how they knew that and he showed me a little white pad right next to the microphone hole on the bottom of the phone. "Do you see that it looks pink, that means it was water damage." I argued that it is right next to the microphone hole that I talk into 5+ hours a day, and that it is probably moisture from my breath, and he looks at me like Im an idiot and says "nope, it got dropped in water". At this point I got mad. After 20 minutes of arguing and them "calling the manufacturer" they replaced the phone under warranty. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. They are HORRID customer service. I pay a lot of money every month for my business phones and they give me hours of grief about a manufacturer defect. Go somewhere else.

Every time Ive gone in here Ive had to go another route to get help. The first time was because I needed a phone that was brand new that hadnt been released yet until the next day. It was releasing on a Friday and Sprint sent it to me Thursday. I went here to get it activated. I was instructed to by Sprint due to the self-activation not working. They knew what phone I needed activated and told me to go to a Sprint store. The guys there looked at it and were excited to see it, but said they couldnt activate it because it hadnt been released yet. Did they try? No. They just told me and handed it back. I even told them that I was told to come there and they still didnt try. Nor did they try to call themselves. The second time was for a repair. It took them 1hr to look at my phone before telling me they couldnt do anything. I had to send it to Asurion myself. I had to do it all online. Why dont they have it set up so I could do it there? All in all the guys were OK, but I never felt they tried too hard to help. Ended up going with Project Fi and will never look back.

I had problems with my Sprint HTC EVO 4G. I took it to them to see what could be done. They told me that it was something they couldnt fix. I wasnt pleased at that time. The changing port had overtime broke broke away from the Motherboard. In the next few months I was able to get an new LG G4. I started to have problems with it. They were having problems with the same type LG G4. The overheating was very Bad for the CPU so it was sent off for repairs. It came back and has Worked Great sense July of 2015 till now March 16 2016! I hope for a long in the future. Ive been into them about 3 times a month or more asking questions about the things I have regarding the Phone! I have answer

I paid 850 dollars for a phone whose charging port broke the first time it was plugged in. The phone was for a handicapped person who didnt figure out it wasnt charging for about 3 weeks. I took it in and the first thing the guy does is accuse ME of damaging it. Think about that for a second.... Breaking a charging port by plugging in the phone... If Samsungs phones were that delicate they would not be in business. Very aggressive and hostile demeanor. Perhaps he was having a bad day but dont take it out on me. When I told him the situation there was absolutely no sympathy.

Was fairly busy when I went in there, the people at the store were not very helpful and very difficult to work with because of the newish sprint policys. They basically refused me service even though I had access to the account and the only helpful thing they provided me with was a phone number for me to call for help and it they supplied the wrong phone number the first time I left.
