Doing business with these people felt like being in a really bad comedy movie. The first guy I spoke to was a contracted seller for cricket and he complained to me about how he couldnt offer me the same deal as the internet only after I caught him red handed trying to overcharge me 40 bucks. He said if I bought from him anyway he would give me a free car charger however he didnt know that I knew that you can by a new car charger for 4 bucks *lol Also wait time for customer service on the phone is a nightmare (when your dealing with cricket itself not a dealer) The reps were slow and I could tell they just wanna get off the phone and really could not care less about my issue. Also there was no conformation number on my work order and even thou they told me my issue would be "escalated" I still have to wait 48 hours to hear back from them. I think this company is deceptive and sneaky for example they tell you on the phone you can return a defective refurbished cell with no problems in the first 30 days. On their web site it says you can only do so if you havent had 30 mins of talk time on the phone. WTF?? See what I mean?! This is why I really dislike this Cricket and would only recommend them to people whom I disliked *lol

I unknowingly paid full price!!! taking their word that it was a brand new phone. Later I discovered pics and data on it from the PREVIOUS OWNER. I went back to the store for the next 3 days, but the cowards (oops-employees) were too uneducated or afraid to talk to me. They made unintelligent excuses and literally would hide in the backroom. >> DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE <<

This is a wonderful corporate store and they are very friendly and attentive to their customers. Don’t be fooled by the bad ratings listed because they are not even talking about the corporate Cricket store. They went to an independent dealer that sells Cricket phones. That store has never employed a person named Mike. Get you store location correct because your are damaging a perfectly wonderful stores reputation and that’s not good!

The manager yohan has great customer service skills however most of what he was saying was either a lie or he failed to review everything. Also if you plan on getting a phone under progressive leasing plan on doubling the amount of the phone because they charge you the same amount as the the phone for the loan as well. Calling progressive leasing they say this happens quite often as they fail to mention that.

Sorry, friendly customer service and relatively inexpensive phones cant make up for spotty coverage even in Portland. Move out of the Metro area and it gets even worse. A portable phone that isnt truly portable because of poor conectivity is worthless no matter how inexpensive.

Like most Cricket stores, this one also does not answer the phone. If youre searching for a particular phone, you will have to drive in the place and look for yourself. Im sure thats by design but its quite frustrating and a good reason to go elsewhere.
