I couldnt have asked for a better experience or a more customer friendly staff. Before going to The Stereo Shop! I had a few bad experiences with other car audio stores doing work on my car, which made it hard for me to find a shop that I felt that I could trust to not screw me over. That changed today; after my very positive experience getting a new deck installed in my car at The Stereo Store!, I have no doubts about The Stereo Store! being a store that I can actually trust and I know I will be going here anytime I need any car audio or home theater work done. I emailed the store to ask if I needed to set up a appointment, and was replied to very quickly by Allen, who got me an appointment set up for the next day, shortly after my initial email. I arrived to the store a few minutes early, to be greeted happily and helped right away. The staff was very knowledgable, helpful, very friendly, and exhibited great customer service throughout the transaction and installation (I had a new head unit installed and replaced burnt out wires from the previous head unit). The staff had the head unit that I had decided upon (ahead of time) ready to go, when I got there. The installation and wire replacement went very quickly (15-20 minutes tops). When the installation was finished, Allen went with me to make sure I was happy with the installation (which I was); and also taught me where everything was on the deck and how to pair my phone and ipod to the deck via bluetooth. He then went even a step further and helped me dial in all of the the audio control settings and levels. The staff did a very clean job on the installation itself, I have no complaints about the product or the installation quality. The deck works and looks great; they found and replaced the burnt wires which caused the last deck to burn out (previous car audio shop didnt wire my old deck correctly), and let me know what had happened; and finally, they didnt leave a mess in the car after the install. The store had a decent (though somewhat limited) selection of head units to chose from, although I didnt have a problem finding one that did everything I wanted plus some. They did however, have a big selection of speakers, subwoofers (and boxes), and amplifies; ranging from lower end options to extreme high end options (including DC Audio, and Focal Audio), and everything in between. The pricing was diffidently fair for both the deck and the install; especially considering (from what I was told by staff) that their work (wiring/install) is under warranty for as long as you have the vehicle. Overall, The Stereo Store! is an excellent car audio shop with an impressive selection of products, and a knowledgable and helpful staff that not only do do very clean installation work; but also go the extra mile to take care of their customers and ensure their satisfaction, for example, Allen taking the time to help get the audio control settings dialed in on my new deck or to teach me about my new deck. I know Ill be doing my future car audio business with The Stereo Store!, and will recommend anyone who is looking for a car and home audio store that they can trust.

Took my car in for what I thought was blown speakers. The Stereo Store tracks the problem down to an amp, which has in fact fried my sub woofer when the wiring corroded. Fair enough. I buy a new stereo and amp and order a new pair of subs to be installed a couple of weeks later. When I get home, I can hear a high pitched whine in the speakers. I call and let them know, they say they will fix it and I tell them it can wait until I put in the subs. When I have the subs installed, they have my car for hours doing the install, then eliminating the whine. They are courteous enough to knock a little off of the install for the whine issue. I did not request this, but they did it anyway. I walk away extremely satisfied. Look, to make mistakes is human. No harm no foul. They have been earning my repeat business up to this point. My car is dirty, so I go to the car wash. On the way through I turn on the AC, as it is a hot day. Long story short, the heater control unit had a wire come loose or something when they removed it to fix the whining. I had to take the car back. To their credit, they fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. My only real complaint, is that I wish they had checked things a bit more carefully before they called me to tell me the car was ready. If they had sent me home once with a problem, they wouldve had 5 stars. Twice... I will probably use them again, but I will check everything before I leave.

I am very particular about my car and very careful when it comes to allowing people to work on it. I met with Allen and the installer at The Stereo Store to discuss a complete replacement of the factory HK stereo system. Allen did a nice job explaining the differences between head units, amplifiers and speakers and how the system would sound in my car. After doing some independent internet comparisons and research, I chose a Rockford Fosgate amplifier and speakers along with an Alpine head unit at The Stereo Store, their prices were a little bit higher than the online stores; but after listening to several deck, amp and speaker combinations in their demonstration room I was able to make a better decision about which components I wanted which saved me time and money in the long run. The system sounds terrific. This past weekend I opened up the panels to verify their installation work and it is first rate. All of the connectors are tight, all of the wires are routed properly and protected in plastic conduit. Everything is mounted correctly and the entire system is buttoned up properly. Obviously, I highly recommend The Stereo Store.

They were awesome. I had mentioned an old deal from months ago on an old Facebook post and they still honored the deal. It was very cool and really showed their integrity. I brought in an old Craigslist amp and subs and they tested them for free as well, checked the sub box for defects too. I even showed them some online deals that i was considering buying from and they beat nearly all of the prices with better equipment for less money,as well as worked with my budget to get me what i wanted and still gave me a 1 year warranty . I ended up getting very high quality Kenwood and Pioneer products for nearly half of what I expected to pay for the same stuff online. They are a legit official dealer with the best licensed products. I am very pleased with their knowledge and honesty and will definitely be going back. I shopped around for a months, comparing lots of products and deals and they beat all of the online and local audio stores, with better products, prices, advice and customer service. Awesome store, awesome deals, awesome products!

AFTER CALLING BEST BUY AND WAITING ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES (NO ONE EVER ANSWERED), I CALLED THE STEREO STORE IN EUGENE, HAVING BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE EVIDENT ON THEIR WEB SITE. THEY ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY. THEY WERE POLITE, PROFESIONAL & INDEED KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY MET THE BEST ON LINE PRICE I HAD FOUND ON A YAMAHA BLURAY PLAYER & INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WAIT 10 DAYS, THEY HAD MY UNIT THE VERY NEXT DAY. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED TO SEE THAT THEY CARRIED DENON & KLIPSCH. I WAS VERY HAPPY TO SPEND MY MONEY LOCALLY RATHER THAN ON LINE OR AT SOME BIG NON RESPONSIVE NATIONAL CHAIN. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER HOME AUDIO EXPERIENCE.
