I stopped in simply looking for some insight into a problem I was having trying to order a new phone. I had already called customer service and wasnt getting anywhere so I thought someone at the store might be able to give me some tips or clarify anything that could have been misunderstood. I was in there such a short time, I regretfully did not catch the names of these two, male, employees, but maybe they should look up the definition of "Customer Service". I was made to feel silly, and my questions were answered with either irrelevant pieces of information or snarky comments. " We dont have access to those systems" "Im aware of this, Im not asking you to access anything!" "Maybe you should call customer service." "Already did that that, remember?!?" "What do you want me to do? Push a bunch of buttons and hope I get you to the right spot." Are you kidding me?!?!? This back-and-forth continued for several minutes. I wasnt listened to in the slightest. Bottom line, Customer Service is about trying to help in any way you possibly can while giving the customer a pleasant experience...even if the question seems silly.

We came to the store to see about an upgrade on our two phones. We got the info we needed to complete an upgrade that would fit our budget. There was difficulty in transferring the data onto the new phones, so we had to take them home to finish, which was fine, just frustrating. We were told by the Retail Sales Consultant that he would walk us through it, or answer any questions to help us complete the transfer, giving us his contact info. We did have problems with the one iphone and of course called and had to leave a message. That was two days ago. Another attempt was by email to him at the store.. no reply..? where is the most eager help when you are buying!? Not good!!

The store provided me excellent service, I came in with a problem and they were able to provide a quick solution and also found other solutions other areas in my life . The home automation is amazing and they were able to save me money by switching me from Comcast to DirecTV cable services . The sales rep really wanted to help me and took their time since Im not that tech savvy. The store has really improved their customer service since two years ago

Every time Ive been in this store over the last few years, Ive found the service to be excellent. This stores high quality service is the main reason Ive stayed with AT&T in fact. I have repeatedly found the employees here to be patient, friendly, competent, and truly focused on answering my questions rather than just trying to sell me something. And, I really appreciate that theyve taken good care of my wife and mom when theyve come in, too.

Ive been in this store a number of times over a period of about a year, dealing with different people, and have always been pleasantly surprised at how helpful and patient the employees are, at times even going beyond what I would consider a reasonable level of customer assistance. I always leave feeling well taken care of. This is rare thing and I appreciate it so much. It must be managed well there for this to be the case.

There is usually a wait at this place, but staff moves through it quickly. The staff is usually helpful. Sometimes, they look down their noses at you if you dont know much about your cell phone. Dont go in when youre feeling sensitive.

As with corporate america these days, this store is way understaffed. Expect long (long) waits. My wife and I waited an hour-and-a-half only to be told they didnt stock the product we were looking for (it was advertised).

Terrible customer service. The representative sent me on a 1-800 call that lasted 45 mins and then later mentioned how easy the same thing was to do online. Not a happy customer.

Very helpful with my new phone. I asked for time to help me set everything up and got it. The store gets a little cramped when its busy, but they seem to be fairly quick.
