We paid over $10,000 for three pieces of furniture; top of the line sofa, recliner, and ottoman with upgraded padding. As soon as they were delivered, problems began. The padding wasnt as firm as the showroom examples and some of the dye immediately began wearing off. We were having a local leather restoration company refurbish some of our existing furniture and showed the owner our new furniture. It was obvious to him that there were warranty issues. We contacted Parker with the issues and photos. At first they said that they contacted the manufacturer and were told that they were not too concerned (???) as if that was any sort of acceptable response. We then insisted that we were not happy and would consider legal action if necessary. Parker sent someone to our home who took one cursory look at the furniture and launched into a memorized litany of excuses that included damage from blue jeans, hair products, and acidic sweat ... unbelievable. We insisted upon getting the owner involved and eventually we were able to get the corrections completed. We would have expected such nonsense from a low-end discount furniture outlet but not from one of the most expensive furniture lines and a business that claims to be equally high end. UPDATE: Since writing this review, the same Parker person who tried to blame the warranty issues on acidic sweat called me about this review and threatened to refuse future servicing on the furniture warranty if I didnt retract this review. Truly unbelievable.... Im wondering how that worked out. I would never do business with these people again.

For the most part the styles are as horrible as the price tags they put on everything. Their couches are just short of hideous and the fabrics on them were rough and abrasive to the touch. Even more abrasive was the sales lady, who didnt seem to listen to anything I told her, dragged me willy nilly around the store to look at things, completely skipping over other items Id expressed interest in, and all the while talking about things I couldnt possibly care less about. Basically, it was nice to browse for about two minutes until she showed up. After that I couldnt wait to get out the door and back into my car. Completely killed my motivation for even stepping foot into another furniture store today...

We love Parker furniture and the customer service they provide. Weve had a few issues with our sofa (past warranty) and they come out to service quickly at no or minimal cost! David always returns calls quickly and is at the house on his planned repair visits, on time. I forgot to meet him one day and he was friendly and very polite about rescheduling for another time. Id definitely shop again at Parker furniture just because of the customer service and the fact they stand behind their sales.

We took an inordinate amount of time in deciding our carpet for a total replacement at our home. The staff, and I mean from the front desk, our designer and the other design associates that walk by and offer input, the owner of the store, to the installation and coordination of timelines with our painting crew were all over the top patient, professional and supportive. I would recommend them as a partner in your next design change in your home regardless of what it is.

I can not say enough about the quality and service I received on my last visit to Parker Furniture. We recently remodeled our Portland house, and the design staff made our decision making that much easier. My wife and I where having a hard time agreeing on style and design. We spend many hours until we met wtih Lori, and she help show us a plan and a direction that we both loved. She saved the day. Thank You for caring!

This shop is a pleasure to wander around and examine the furniture pieces. However, it is very "nouveau riche" and overpriced. Some of the sofas we looked at were, in our opinion, of poor quality and awful design and yet had absurd price tags. The furniture shop next door is value for money and far less pretentious.

We walked into Parker furniture and almost left. We thought the prices were too high. They carry very high quality furniture and helped my wife and I pick out a beautiful high quality couch in our price range. They also have a huge clearance section. Im glad we stopped in. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.
