Megan, our customer service representative, did an outstanding job helping us. She was thorough (explaining everything she was doing), totally competent, and totally professional. From the moment we walked into the store, Megan made us feel welcomed. She showed the same courtesy to the customers who came into the store while she was taking care of the enormous task she had taken on for us. She was patient and answered all of our questions clearly without the use of jargon. Megans knowledge of the various brands and models in the store was impressive. She took the time to ask us how we use our phones so that she could make the best possible recommendations based on our usage model. The locations of Megans store is not convenient for us. There are many Verizon store much closer to our home, however, we will gladly travel the extra 10+ miles because we were so pleased with the service we received from Megan. Not all people who do this job are able to interact with customers in a comfortable way. We felt that Megan was focused on making sure we got what we needed from our visit and she assured us that we could contact her if we had any questions or concerns. Megans outstanding level of customer commitment and satisfaction was clear to us. She made the experience pleasant and totally stress-free!

Just had the worst customer service that I have EVER gotten. I have been with Verizon for 13 years. Recently I purchased a new phone with lifetime protective cover replacement. I had to send my phone for warranty and because I didnt save the broken cover they will not give me a replacement. I was never told this was how it worked. And to not be given options based on my circumstances (the old cover was the only thing holding the phone together after spending a day on the street!) is completely ridiculous and a terrible way to treat a longtime customer. I will be looking into changing providers for the first time ever thanks to this very rude and unhelpful girl. Im not sure why Verizon wants to employ such unempathetic people.

I wanted to talk to someone about Verizons new plans and phone promos and this store was on my way home. I was greeted the instant I walked in the door by a sales person. I explained what I wanted and he referred me to April, the store manager. April and I spent an hour going over my options and what I wanted. She was more interested in making sure I got the best deal I could on the phone I wanted (a Galaxy S7) instead of trying to upsell me on accessories and other items. This was a great experience and she went out of her way to give me tips and make sure I was in the right plan. I walked out with my new phone, a lower monthly bill, AND a good restaurant recommendation. Next time my contract is up I will be going back.

Wish I had gotten that manager to help me who has such good reviews on this site. Instead, I got the rep who told me "Im sorry mam but if you ask any more questions Im going to have to charge you $20." That is a direct quote. Other things to be aware of: 1)This is not a real Verizon store. I had gone to a real Verizon store previously, and they were able to look up my account. This store is not real Verizon, and they will need your PIN in order to do anything. 2) They do not have wireless, which you need to set up your phone. They told me to use the Beaverton Public Library wireless, which does not have enough bandwidth to do the set up. It is irresponsible for a "Verizon" store not to provide wireless.

I have been to multiple Verizon outlets all being staffed by condescending 20 year old know it alls, I was pleasantly suprised at this location by a staff that was pleasant, respectful and quite knowledgeable. April the store manager sets the tone for the store which is an atmosphere of truly wanting to help each and every customer resolve any issues that they may have and to make sure that they have a pleasant experience in her store. If you are looking for a Verizon store for help, look no further. I have been in twice and have the same positive experience both times. As long as April is there I will not be going anywhere else.

I had a great customer service experience at Beaverton - Griffith Go Wireless with Alexander Blanquie. He is extremely knowledgeable about various products and plans. He listened attentively to my usage needs and provided several different options that fit my budget. He went above and beyond in helping me to set up my phone as I had a broken wrist and was unable to do even basic set up actions on my new phone. He was very helpful, patient and able to explain things in multiple different ways so even the least technology savvy person can understand. I highly recommend this store, and Alex.

This place routinely has one guy working here, very limited phone options, and when I went in last time to activate a phone (very easy thing to do) the guy says that their network is down. No internet, no phones, no nothing. Im like "Bro, youre the Verizon store. Dont you have some wireless satellite internet device here?" He says "Oh you just need a phone that can call the network and activate your other phone." "Do you have a phone I can use?" He points to the wall phone and says its out. I MEAN YOUR PHONE BRO HELP ME HELP YOU

These folks, the entire staff NEVER give up on you! It is so refreshing to receive REAL customer service, Actually have your questions answered w/o being made to feel too ignorant or any pressure to make yet another purchase is so cool! Thanks especially to Robert who assisted with a million questions and even set-up after Comcast dropped the ball. April and Turell were helpful too. We are so lucky to have this staff in our wireless life. Thank you to them!!!!!!!

I had a great experience at this store. My sales rep was Megan and she was all alone on a very busy Saturday but still managed to help me out along with a couple other customers. She was extremely friendly and I am very happy with the service provided. She showed me 4 of the top smartphones phones and I ended up going with the LG G6.if I could give her a 1-10 review, I would give her an 11!!!!!!!!!

Popped in at closing. Didnt know the closing time. The new manager helped me. She was extremely courteous and never mentioned the time until I asked. I naturally wanted to leave once i realized, but like a true professional she insisted I stay. She made sure to answers any remaining questions and gave all necessary contact info. Store has been remodeled since pics. Looks Great!

Went into the store today to get a new phone set up assistance. Was greeted by smiling friendly people. Jacob was awesome! Helped with getting my password problem fixed on my phone and then set up a new phone for my husband. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you for being here to help me. The new manager Emilie G is amazing! We had such great experience with her. Knowledgeable and friendly, she set us up with all new phones a tablet and dish services! All the while she was training a new employee (Laura- who also did exceptionally well) with ease! Thanks for the great experience- we will definitely continue coming here!
