The folks at Cascade were incredible! My oil pressure light went on in the middle of nowhere about 44 miles east of Sweet Home Oregon. I managed to make it to Sweet Home where a local motorcycle shop worked on it for hours (incredibly kind folks). However, since the shop didnt specialize in street bikes, the problem wasnt fixed. I had to have my Triumph Rocket III Touring towed about 100 miles to Cascade Classics where I was treated with incredible kindness. (I found everyone I met in Oregon to be friendly and kind!). They quickly determined that the problem was just the oil pressure sending unit but they also said that my water pump was leaking and they had to order a new pump. I stayed at a local hotel for 3 nights while Triumph USA rushed the pump out. (Cascade was closed one of those days.) They fixed the bike and I was on the road again. There is a couple strange things, though. After they checked the bike and determined that the problem was just the oil pressure sending unit, they also mentioned that they noticed that some work had been done previously and a bracket was missing. I and a mechanic at a motorcycle shop in Sweet Home Oregon had removed the oil tank when it appeared that oil was not leaving the tank. Apparently, while doing that, one of the intake boots slipped off its seating. I didnt notice it at the time because the bike was then towed to Cascade. Anyway, Cascade delivered the bike to my hotel and when I started it the next day, it was "burping" badly out of the front intake boot, spewing gas. Cascade had to have noticed that when they delivered the bike to the hotel because it did it contantly. Im surprised that they didnt fix that and let me hit the road with that condition. I fixed it as well as I could on the road but it still "burped" a couple times while engine braking in mountains so I ended up taking it to Triumph in Reno where they fixed it permanently. Anyway, after Cascades kindness, I was surprised that they gave the bike back to me with that condition. The other strange thing is that they said the water pump was leaking. Its strange because the bike was new and I always look for any leaks whenever I look at the bike. There were no leaks. In fact, when we were working on the bike at the other shop in Sweet Home, we had it sitting on a big piece of cardboard and not a single drop of anything got on the cardboard. I even have pictures of the bike on that cardboard when we were working on it and the cardboard is perfectly dry with no leaks of anything on it at all. Thats no problem, though, but I just dont think the water pump was leaking so Im not sure what that was all about. Ive never had a single drop of anything under the bike. I probably shouldnt have even mentioned the water pump but I am surprised that they gave the bike back to me with the intake boot leaking so badly when they knew I was in the middle of a very long (6,000) mile trip and would be riding on remote roads. I mean, it was really bad! It even popped badly and spit gas when I cranked it to start it up. (Im not sure what the "missing bracket" they referred to is. As far as I can tell, nothing was missing. Triumph in Reno didnt mention that anything was missing and we had no parts left over after removing the oil tank in Sweet Home. A close inpection showed nothing to be missing. Those mysteries aside, the folks at Cascade were very friendly and kind to me. I actually feel bad about mentioning the intake boot leak but I really am surprised that they sent me along my way with such a bad condition. I have no explanation for that and it suprised me after the friendly treatment I received from them. BTW, if I lived in that area, Cascade would be my bike shop. They have an incredible inventory too. It was Triumph Heaven!

I’d have to say that my experience at Cascade Moto Classics was by far the best experience I have ever had when buying any vehicle. From the get-go, Nick (my Salesman) was super knowledgeable on the whole lineup of Triumph. I just stopped by one weekend to take a look around and had my eye on a Thruxton, but I was not ready to buy yet. I came back a month later and Nick still remembered my name and we picked up where we left off. Little did I know that that particular day was a big meeting of T.R.A.P and the store was slammed and crazy busy. Through all of that craziness, the customer service was amazing. Janice was great at getting my credit app rolling while Daniel was out that day. I was able to come back the following weekend and get all the paperwork signed. Daniel, my finance agent was incredible to say the least! He went above and beyond to find me the best finance offer he could and boy did he come through in a big way! WOW is all I can say! On the day of my purchase I scheduled some additional work to be done to the bike (adding a fairing and a fender eliminator kit) at the time of the brake-in service. Once the parts came in and I scheduled service with Liz, it sounded like they wouldn’t be able to do all of the work in one shot but Jim came through and knocked it out of the park! Holly hell, the staff and level of service at this dealership is amazing! If you are looking for stellar service then this is the place to go! Thank you to all of the Cascade Moto Classics Staff!!!!!!

If you haven’t been to this shop then you’re missing out. This shop is ‘old school cool! Kelly & Janice McCarthy have really got a gem of a shop, Thanks guys! Right when you walk in the place smells like fresh baked cookies, well that’s because there are fresh baked cookies & coffee along with every Triumph you can think of. Looking for parts or accessories, well if they haven’t got them there they can get it for you with a courteous and helpful staff this is the local owned shop that has that family run welcoming feel. Just want to thank you guys for the 2014 Triumph Tiger Explorer XC, it’s a dream! Riding the Ducati Multistrada ST, KTM 1190 Adventure R, Yamaha Super Tenere, and my latest bike the BMW R1200GS Adventure this Triumph Explorer XC is a perfect fit. It has it all and the ride is incredible. Oh and the price is as easy to handle as the bike itself. Kelly, Janice, and crew, Thanks for hooking me up and for having such a great shop! I used to use Yelp, but NO MORE. Several people took the time to review business and I see their reviews have been removed. I think the "Yelp Automated Software" is a load of BS along with their claim of reliability. I will only be taking the time to post reviews on Google from now on!! This business has 10 great reviews removed for no reason and no one taking the time to review them is ever notified of this. YELP, you are extortionists and a complete disgrace!
