Leased a car back in April 2014 and at first it was great they helped us find a car we loved and still love and got us set up with a matinece plan...WHERE WE GET A RENTAL CAR PAID FOR WHEN WE TAKE OUR CAR IN THAT MATCHES OUR 40,000 CAR...(LIARS) & i was suppose to receive a detail with my first oil change...the moment we called back for our first oil change... its went down hill from there..THEY SET UP an oil change with me over the phone, my boyfriend brought the car in to get it changed a couple weeks later on my appointment date... well little did we both know it was being held over night... (it had the car seat still in it that I use for work friday am and saturday am) the man said he would call when it was ready.. well he called FRIDAY NIGHT SAYING IT WASNT GOING TO BE DONE until Tomorrow.. never stated his business hours or any freaking time in either messages when he said It was done.. so saturday after my 12 hour job I sat in traffic for 1.5 hours and at 650-7pm when i arrived it was closed! and i couldnt get in... the rental car that we had was an upgrade that we were paying like 50 extra a day because the one they offered was a low priced nothing quality car... FINALLY SUNDAY I drove their to get my car.. and I WAS PISSED... HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION ECT.. then stepping in my car realizing it was not detailed i WAS LIVID!!!!!!! for the rental car i left it at the front desk with the lady since the service department was closed (i prearranged a pick up) the rental place that dropped off the car was closed and NO WAY IN HELL WAS I DRIVING BACK OUT AGAIN .... two weeks later they contact us saying we OWE 500 plus dollars because we had it for two weeks... wtf?! I called kia about 5 times to resolve the problem they didnt do crap to help me or even call me back. So i contacted the rental company and explained. ROUND TWO!? i already paid for oil changes and what not in my monthly payment so i went back again... I made an appointment and told them about the detail I never recieved and that I needed a car to be ready since would be 3 or more hours ... had to call and cancel and reschedule due to work obligations... any who My boyfriend brought it back in and NO DAMN CAR WAS READY not to mention they had no detail recorded or oil change!!!!! tire rotation?!!??! FINALLY GOT A CAR freaking box car. whatever we figured it wasnt going to be same match as ours (kia optima 2014 turbo) ...... Finally lol after this all getting it back the detail job was horrible i would never get a detail from them again I COULD HIRE A 10 year old to do it. the vacuumed some areas THAT WAS ABOUT IT!!! Dont suggest this place, will never return or recommend buying or shopping from them or service! Keep in mind before leaving this review i had called and complained and they said they would call back ect. NOPE.... months and months have gone by so truth comes out finally.

I am basing my review solely on the customer service and experience from this dealership. Not only myself, but others in my family have purchased cars from the Lanphere dealerships over the years and by far, the experience at this location was the worst. I came in with my daughter to help her purchase a 2013 Kia Rio5. That of course was her choice. She test drove the car, including the Kia Soul. But, her final choice was the Rio5! After spending almost 2 hours with the salesman, my daughter was ready to make the purchase. Mind you, we already had a approved check from my credit union to purchase the car, but that wasnt good enough! The salesman pulled out a credit application and started with the questions. I stopped him and let him know we were not interested in any other financing. He told my daughter that everyone has to fill out the application in order for the dealership to sell her the car. My daughter and I both stopped him again and made it very clear not the run her credit for any other financing. The salesman got up from his chair and within a minute or so, the so-called sales manager, Joel comes over to talk to my daughter and I. He was very rude, definitely dishonest and never even asked my daughter if she liked the car - nothing about the car at all. The first thing that came out of his mouth was "acquisition fee!" He appreciated the fact that she had her check from the credit union, but he was not going to accept the check and do business with her until he found out how much money Beaverton Kia was going spend to take on the loan. I stepped in and let him know I was completely offended by his remark, his manners and his insensitivity. (As of today, after my daughter REQUESTED NOT TO PULL HER CREDIT BUREAUs for additional auto loans, she has received 7 different offers! WTF!!!) My daughter then got up from her chair because she was so offended and upset with Joel. He never apologized to her, he never called her back about the car like he said he would and interesting enough, the salesman was never available either! Beaverton Kia must be doing so well in sales that the dealership can afford to turn "great" business away? O well, Damerow Ford across the street ended up with her business! Because of her poor experience with Joel and the salesman at Beaverton Kia, Damerow Ford gave my daughter a "customer inconvenience" discount off the car! She is so happy with her choice not to purchase the Kia Rio5 and loves her Ford Focus! Thanks Beaverton Kia!

I purchased my used 2007 Xterra there listed as an SE. We were concerned when we purchased it that there was no SE on the back but they told us that it was an SE and maybe the parts had just been taken off. After doing research after we got home with the car, we found that it was not an SE. It was an S with some upgrades so it looked like the SE, but did not have things that were standard on the SE like fog lights, leather steering wheel, sunglass holder, lighted vanity mirrors, and more. We went back in the next day to finish paperwork and complained about this. We were able to negotiate getting them to install fog lights (most important feature of SE that we wanted) and knocking $500 off the price. We were told someone would call us when the fog lights were in for install. We took the car in for the fog lights and they installed aftermarket, not factory lights, which would be ok except that the way the button to turn on the lights doesnt fit the panel where they are supposed to go so they just stuck the switch on with sticky tape that had fallen off by the time I got home. So basically I have this switch that is just hanging off my car panel. Also, the lights are reversed so the green light means they are off and the red light means they are on (it took people constantly flashing us to realize this). The paperwork for service says "if you dont think youll give us a 10 on the survey, call ... Your satifaction is our number one priority" I called the number twice. I have not received a call back. Today I realized that the payoff amount they were supposed to pay for my trade in was different than the contract so they owe me $421. However, I have made 2 phone calls to talk to someone and again no call back. The service is terrible. I will never use them again.
