I usually enjoy this mall, its not too crowded and usually satisfies my need for a mall even with its limited amount of stores, but yesterday changed my view completely. My baby is tiny and in a stroller, and just so happens your main elevator was out of order AGAIN, this isnt a one time thing, this is the 5th time this month. So then youre forced to use any other elevator you can find, which can only fit about 3 people, which some how are always PACKED with lazy people who refuse to use the escalators, you know, the stairs that MOVE. ANYWAY so I took jcpenneys elevator, which is terrifying, and made my way to the bathroom near the food court because Im parked outside of billy bees, and it just so happened my lovely infant had a poop explosion and needed to be changed from head to toe, but guess what its 5:45, you guys close in 15 min, and yet your food court bathroom is closed, so now Im just frustrated, because I have to pee, the baby is filthy, and there isnt any elevators on that side of the mall because screw handicapped people and people with strollers right? so i changed her in the middle of the mall, which I received lovely glares, and my husband circled the top floor to find me an open bathroom, which there were 0, only the ones downstairs were open, which I cant get to from that side of the mall, because of lacking an elevator that works. I understand you guys close at 6 pm, but have some decency, also fix your ancient elevators, this is getting ridiculous.

They have made the mall more comfortable for sitting and relaxing. There are very nice microfiber chairs in about 4-5 different locations. There is one upstairs by pretzel time, another by dunkin donuts, and a nice set of 4 and a coffee table down stairs in the middle of the mall. There are ALWAYS stores closing, and opening in the mall. The main stores have been there since the opening in around 1993. Sears, Macys, J.C Penney, Dicks sporting goods, Target etc. Kay Jewlers, my personal favorite. Not stuck up like most of the employees at Zales. There is the Ruby Tuesday, a Indian cuisine restaurant, and many more in the food court. On a hot day in the summer its nice to go walk, and enjoy the mall. The smoking at times is repulsive like on Fri-Sun, especially if you come out the movie entrance. If you HATE the smoke. go out a door that isnt used that much like the pickup spot at Sears, or any door in Macys or J..C penney. Watch out for spencers, it looks kinda like a teen store but when you go to the back, there is a large space for vibrators, whips, lotions, bondage and etc. For adults, quite fun. :) It isnt what it once was, but old stores go, new stores come, and it is what it is. Much better than the OLD ORANGE PLAZA, ... although I miss it. Any other questions, Im here. I live ten minutes away.

This is the place you go when you feel hopeful and naive about having a good shopping experience. It always feels stale. All there really is to buy as far as retail goes is clothing, and not even fresh clothing at that. The movie theater is okay, but it still feels gross and slimy, even by movie theater standards. The occasional new restaurant shows up and keeps things exciting. I avoid the place, though, especially because the parking lot was designed by the same moron who designed the ORMC lot where you drive in a big circle around the place, through pot holes, around sudden lane endings, and more. Every curve is a blind spot. Forget driving or parking in the winter time when they leave giant snow mountains around to completely disrupt traffic flow. This is a great place to get rear-ended or come out from your disappointing shopping experience to a bent fender.

I have grown up shopping at the Galleria Mall at Crystal Run. I love the variety there and even though Im not a fan of shopping, I have a lot off fun there. There is a food court, along with side lots that sell snacks and drinks. Recently, they even added a Caribbean Ice Cream center in the middle of the mall, named Nesberries. I havent gone to Nesberries yet but I have eaten at all of the other food court lots and side lots. I also love the variety of stores! You can by clothing for any season and any age. You can now even lounge up on the second floor! I

Awful experience, drove about 40 minutes to get this mall after seeing the website said normal hours on Christmas eve. Though the hours were bizzare for a holiday, but was not given doubt when the website did not say any special hours. And Google listing 9:30 tonight. On arrival however we were pleasantly greated by security guards watching us walk all the way down the hallway just so they can sarcastically ask us where we thought we were going. Great job mall and those who run the website.

Would give 5 stars but the smoking ban is a JOKE and security is RELAXED. I feel unsafe in the mall anymore. I see young teens on Friday and Saturday walk right thru just because they knew the security. Also, so much for the smoking ban. We all still walk out of the doors breathing a whopping gulp of cigarette smoke in! Plus, all the stores are going out of business. Is the Mall closing too? Very confusing.

Nice mall, its huge with many fine and general retailers. Its atmosphere is good for a mall, the stores are of many different varieties and usually i find what I need. Although I live In PA, this is still one of the closest malls to me. The taxes in NY are high but they do have no taxes on certain items such as clothing at least once a year, making it a good time to shop.

Going to this mall is like none other! I felt as if I was soaring with the eagles, then we perched upon a majestic mountain and took in the views from 7 countries. I was born again! From the womb of the Galleria. Birthed into a world of magnificent retail and dining wonders. I did not know life until I went into the Galleria Mall. Thank you Mr. Galleria.

A nice mall made up of two stories and an easy layout. Many stores have come and gone over the years with a few permanent vacancies, but its still a good place to shop on occasion for the anchor stores alone. For everything else, its still nice to look and see. It is kept clean and you can see security walking around.

The Galleria is an Extrodinarily excellent shopping outlet mall. It consists of stores such as Hollister, Abercrombie and Fitch, Hot Topic, Build-a-bear, Huge Food Court, Video Games Boutique, Aeropostale, ECT!!! Also, resturants such as Ruby Tuesday. The Galleria Mall is Outstanding!!!

Its a mall, and Im not a mall rat. Still, its got lots of parking, AMC theater modernized in the last couple of years, and the company that owns this place is making an effort to make it look nice despite being 30+ years old. If you like to shop in this area, there are worse places to go.

This used to be the place to go to find everything you needed. Recently there have been so many store closings that it seems every other unit is empty. If youre local then I would recommend but if youre traveling & looking for a big mall then keep searching as it is not worth the drive.
