This place is great! One dude put sick new tires on my bike for $5 each while I talked with the asian dude and the fat-joe looking dude, who are both straight up. I had a great time just chatting and laughing with both of them. I mentioned that I was getting a bus to Albany and that Greyhound requires the bike to be in a box - well, no problem! The dudes gave me a box for free. And I paid for the tires and other items in a mix of cash and credit, and he discounted the cash purchase. Two thumbs up! They have a limited selection of tires and maybe a few other items, but they have a large selection of items in general. The asian dude knows that customers are the lifeblood of his business, unlike Affinity Cycles! SLAM! So go check it, and go do a deal.

I usually NEVER write reviews. Except for this time I called in and asked about how much the cheapest back tire would be for my bike that I just bought as a fixer upper but he would not tell me and so there for I decided not to go over there, I Mean Im not gonna ride my bike for a mile extra just for me to relize that they will be to expensive! Bloody idiot on the phone.

These guys get the job done quickly, and their prices are not as demanding as nearby bikestores. But their service wont be as hospitable if you walk around like a dumbfounded pigeon, so dont be offended, just be assertive around these guys. Their service is very reliable.

I came in to get a part for my bike, experienced terrible service. Rude, condescending, mysognistic. Would have gone elsewhere, but I couldnt locate the specific part I needed elsewhere in Brooklyn. Only positive was the part was priced well.

I like the clerk but as for the person that fixes the bike needs better friendly customer service and he also install a tube that was a bit too big for the tire itself. Notice it as I was riding home. Went in to fix a flat.

I never have a bad experience here. Ive taken a friend to buy his first road bike and he loved the experience. Best in BK; screw the hipster BS the other shops bring.

great place…fair prices and down to earth staff. I bought a couple parts on two separate occasions and have had only good experiences.
