Pros: low prices Cons: Customer Service: Lack of knowledge of product, seemingly inexperienced, unreliable, untrustworthy, not resolving complaint in timely manner, no follow through, on hold for long periods or not answering phone at all Delivery: not on time; 4 days late, furniture not available for delivery; after I paid and was given delivery date On Wednesday my husband and I go to purchase a living room set, bunk bed, a twin bedroom set and a queen bedroom set. After being neglected in the store for 15-20 minutes with no associate assisting, we decided to ask a few questions. We were assigned an associate who was really friendly at first. His professionalism was great at first but after a short while he seemed politely frustrated. That was when I realized that he is a new associate. With an order as large as we were getting, dealing with a new employee made me a uncomfortable but the tall bald guy, never got a name, assured us that the "new guy" will take care of us. We asked about prices for some pieces of furniture and he gave us the wrong price about 3 times including the total, while nodding and smiling as he went to the computer to set us up. At the store there were several customers complaining about the delivery service or not receiving the correct furniture. Major red flag for me. It seemed like their issues were being solved, however, I really wanted my furniture for those prices. I guess I got what I paid for. We were told the furniture would arrive Friday. Then I was told it could arrive Thursday. I was ok with an earlier delivery. My husband took a total of 3 days (Thursday, Friday and Wednesday) off of work to help with the furniture because I was home with my infant and toddler. They never showed up. Didnt call to say why. I had to keep calling the store and whenever someone decided to answer, they would say theyll call me with more information or we cannot predict the delivery time it can be from opening to around 11pm.That changed to "Can we bring the furniture tomorrow morning?" My husband explained that would be difficult for us but it didnt matter. They didnt arrive Saturday either. They arrived that Sunday with only some of the furniture I bought. We were then told the queen bedroom set would arrive on Wednesday, which was yesterday, It still has not arrived. It took me a while to actually get through and speak to someone this morning. I spoke to Joe. I wanted to speak to a manager but he told me the manager was busy, he didnt know where he was. I told him that Ive waited too long with no phone call about the expected delivery and I would like a full refund. After getting disconnected, my husband called and spoke to him and informed Joe that the conversation was being recorded. Joe then told my husband that he could come in and get a receipt for the refund but not the money. A check will be mailed in 3 to 5 business days, after receiving the refund receipt. Although, I like the furniture I have received so far. It was not worth going through this experience. I was happy and excited to start the process, now I wish I never went there. Buying furniture shouldnt disrupt so much. I will update my review when the refund arrives.

Just got a great deal to fully furnish my 1-bedroom apartment! The salesperson that helped me, Deo, took his time to understand what I needed and gave me expert advice and a great package deal. I recommend this place to anyone who needs affordable, quality, & aesthetically pleasing furniture. Update 02/06/16: I ordered some furniture, (a mattress, boxspring, bed, coffee table set, lamps, rugs, and a dinette), exactly a week ago on Saturday, 01/30/16. I was told Id get the items the next day, Sunday, between the hours of 2 PM and 8 PM. I stayed in my house all day waiting for the delivery. They finally came at 11:30 PM. I wasnt too mad, at least I was getting my furniture right? They brought my bed, the mattress, the rugs, the coffee table set, and the lamps. The boxspring didnt fit through my door, so they said theyd bring me a different type of boxspring. The coffee table set came without the screws, so it couldnt be assembled. & my dinette hadnt arrived yet, but it would come in tomorrow, Monday (so they said). The delivery guys said theyd be back Monday evening with everything. Monday came and I waited, no furniture. The same thing happened From Tuesday until now. I called the store and I had the delivery guys number and Ive been calling them all week, hearing promises that theyll deliver my furniture "tomorrow". Tomorrow has not yet come, and it has already been a week. I spoke to the delivery guy today who said I would get everything at 4 PM. It is now 11:25 PM, and I have not received my furniture or a call saying they cant make it. I was super excited to move into my new apartment and I thought I had found an affordable place to furnish it. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. I will be going right back to that store tomorrow and demanding a refund. The in-store service is nice, but their delivery service and delayed follow-up with their customers is terrible. Two stars for the in-store service. Zero stars for the delivery.

Mr. Deo was a very helpful and professional salesperson and helped me pick the best furniture for my house. Although thats as far as the good service went. I waited all day Saturday May 21,2016, A very nasty rude man called me at 7:30pm and told me they were on their way, They got here at 10:30pm with 1 box in their hand and tells me they cant fit the 2 PC sectional in the elevator. I ask him Ok what you want me to do. He asked me do I expect him to bring my furniture up 6 floors up I said yes. Very rude delivery man grabbed up the 1 box he had and stormed off. I had to run down stairs behind them and ask them whats going on he yelled call the company mind you its 10:30 at night. I called the cops the cops tells them to bring up what can fit in the elevator and tells me not to allow them to bring the furniture up because being spiteful they may purposely damage it. I called the store sunday morning and I speak to someone named Mark he tells me his delivery men are only obligated to bring the furniture up to the 4th floor. He tries to give me 2 options 1 pay an extra fee for a a specialist to break down the furniture and put it togather in my house the other option is to come back to the stoee and purchase something smaller. Both options I didnt agree with.. So the only thing I could do is ask Mark to send different Delivery men with my furniture on Tuesday to the 4th floor and Ill figure it from there. I will neverrrrrrrrrr shop @Express furniture warehouse again worst delivery experience ever

It was great when I brought my living room set and dinning room set until it was delivered and the delivery guy chipped my table and they assembled two broken chairs I told the delivery guy to write in the delivery paper that two chairs were defaulted he did but nobody called me the next morning so I called and Mark answered said he would get me new chairs I agreed to that until 2 days lata the third one broke so I called he said we dont have those chairs give me two weeks sooo two weeks turned into 6 months every single time I call I get an excuse mark told me he can send me something for the same price I said ok that sounds fair I choose a coffee table set being that I already purchased a living room set and never got it then every time I call and speak to someone about that they say we dont do store credit so I dont know why he told you that then I had to go there with my father this Indian looking guy told me to my face if I was to get a table set I wouldnt get that one I would be got something stronger as if he didnt sell me it now Im here still waiting for them to "work on it" as they have been saying for months now....while my dad had to fix the chairs so my kids can sit on it and eat VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !
