This is a new store that I discovered recently opened up after T-Mobile ordered me a new iphone covered under my insurance plan and delivered it to this specific store location. I spoke with a sales associate named Felix who initially was willing to trade in my iPhone 5 for a new one. At first he was willing to do so, then decided to take my iphone and literally run his pinky finger up and down the screen. After doing this, he decided that he wasnt able to give me the new iPhone T-Mobile had sent to the store for pickup. When I asked him why, he claimed that he wouldnt be able to because of some store policy and money coming out of his check? due to a light scratch he happened to have felt WITH HIS PINKY FINGER on my phone screen. Now Im late for work... I thought this would have ended up being a smooth process but then I had to take time out of my day to call T-Mobile customer service and tell them that this particular store was refusing to trade in my phone for another one (mind you, you cannot physically see the scratch that Felix happened to have "felt" on the screen). Customer service advised me that they saw Felix placed in their notes that there was a "huge scratch on my iPhone taking up most of the screen and because of this the store was unable to trade in my phone." I specified to customer service that the sales associate literally ran his PINKY FINGER up and down my phone screen in visible light and came to the conclusion that they cannot take back my phone. The lady from customer service then demanded to speak with Felix and when I gave him my phone to speak with her, he had the AUDACITY to say that he didnt mean to put in their notes that my phone had a "huge scratch", but instead told the lady it was just a light "scuff" on the screen, but still cannot trade in my iPhone for a better working one. T-Mobile customer service ended up calling another store location in near milltown road who reassured them that they would be able to exchange the phone without any hassle. I dont know if its management that sucks at this location or if it was just the sales associate being petty but I am not planning on visiting this T-Mobile store ever again. As a matter of fact, Felix even tried to sell me a new galaxy s7 after he refused to exchange my iphone. Like, really dude? Seriously, when I do upgrade to a newer iPhone I will not be buying it here.

This has to be one of the worst T-Mobile stores around, specifically due to Felix, one of the store managers there. I recently visited the store to add a line to my account and ended up being charged $140 for that line! That was 275% of my original bill for the change! Apparently there are hidden charges if you change in between your billing cycle (which he did not tell me about) and it seemed he even lied about the amount I will be charged after the change. When I spoke to the T-Mobile customer care center later (which I had to do 3 times since the change) and told them I am ready to leave T-Mobile due to this overcharging, they told me the managers at the store do not know the plans that T-Mobile has and I was provided inaccurate information. Wasted my time and money visiting this store. Wouldnt be doing that again.

outstanding service that went above and beyond! The kind folks at this location were willing to stay late, just to help my wife and I with a new line of service. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. The store was immaculate and well stocked. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!
