I have been a loyal customer of Toyota World of Newton for over 20 years when I purchased my first Toyota from Mike Yodice. I have owned a Camry, Forerunner and Im on my fourth Avalon. Mike has always gone way above and beyond to help me find the car with the color, accessories, delivery date and price I want. I cant say enough about his positive "can do" attitude, his friendliness and most of all, his integrity. I have never felt any pressure to buy a car. Mike is patient and willing to answer all the questions I have. He is extremely knowledgable with the most up-to-date information. When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle, I will look for Mike again as I have for over 20 years! I have always believed buying a car was only one aspect of my relationship with a dealership. The Customer Service and Service Department has always been a critical consideration for me when choosing where I purchase a vehicle. I have been having my vehicles serviced at Toyota World of Newton for over 20 years as well. There are Toyota Dealers closer to my home (I drive nearly 45 minutes to get to Newton), but my experiences with Dave Aroune, the Service Manager and his department for over 20 years has always been outstanding. They service my car in a professional and timely manner. Over the years, they have earned my trust in their judgement, recommendations and service. As a final note, I am now a "snowbird" and Florida resident. I still choose to purchase my cars and have my service performed at Toyota World of Newton because of the relationships I have with the folks like Mike Yodice and Dave Aroune. They always take the time to say hello when I visit and I know they care. I highly recommend Toyota World of Newton to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and wanting excellent Customer Service after buying their car!

Took my car in to bleed the braking system along with the master cylinder after I replaced the calipers, pads and rotors. An hour later the car was done. Took it on the road and the brakes were still pretty spongy. Took it back and they assured me there was no air in the brakes lines. Car felt better but still bad. A few weeks later while having to emergency stop, the brake pedal goes to the ground and the car slows to a stop. Called Toyota who said they couldnt do anything unless I came to the dealer (which was impossible with me being in another state, apparently repair warranty doesnt transfer between dealers). Took it to a local shop to have the system bleed. Upon returning to pick up the car, they told me that the master cylinder was not bench bleed (a requirement when the master cylinder has run out of fluid) and the brakes fluid in the lines was dark green. Upon calling Toyota and continuously asking if the master cylinder was bench bleed, they kept telling me "the brake system has no air in it". After continuously asking about the bench bleed, they finally confirmed that it was not done requiring me to spend the money again to get it done elsewhere. So why the 2 stars? This has been the most honest dealership I have gone to. Ive been to them for multiple services over the last 3 years without issues. This was the first time I was taken advantage of and Im giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was an oversight; an oversight that cost me $150.

First and foremost I typically dont write reviews or give any sort or critiques as I have fairly high standards when it comes to service and customer service of any kind. I really feel that a lot of people and businesses in several industries usually fall short in some way. However, at Toyota World of Newton the people, the product, and the process exceed that of any dealership I have dealt with EVER. They are knowledgable, well trained, attentive, detail orientated, and always do it all with a positive attitude. I was in a car accident (thankfully all parties involved were okay!) and had to undergo the process of dealing with insurance. Toyota World of Newton basically ran point for me; figuring out all of the issues my car had regarding the engine. They accommodated me by letting my car stay on the lot for roughly a month while the insurance process was sorted out. They fought for me and followed through with the insurance companies and made sure everything was taken care of. They were the best part of being in an accident and relieved a lot of stress during this time. Id like to thank the following people in no particular order: Dan Wilkins, Stacey Lampkin, Terri Boscia, Andy Porter, and the boys and girls behind the scences that you never see thank you all very much for a very positive experience along with professionalism that is unmatched. This is the place to buy, service, and feel well taken care of. Youre in good hands at Toyota world of Newton!

Walking in I was quickly greeted by the secretary, and then in a timely fashion assigned to a Salesman, Mr. Walter. Walter approached me with strong courtesy and professionalism. As it was my first time going into a dealership by myself at a young age I was nervous at first, but came prepared nonetheless. Initially the car I was looking at wasnt on the their actual lot, but in no time, Manager Calvin was able to assure me the car can be on their lot within 1 day. I came in the next day to find the car exceeding all my expectations. The next part was hoping I would be getting approved on my own to finance and that the interest rate would be within reason. Now initially, I knew I may need a co-signer since my credit history wasnt long but my score was pretty good, being that I am a college student. When Walter went to run my credit to see if I myself can get financed towards the car I had no idea what would happen next. Walter and Calvin both came back telling me that somehow I had gotten approved by myself to finance the vehicle I wanted. They both worked fast and efficiently to get me within the price range that I needed. Ive never been as respected and well taken care of in a car dealership. My Father had nothing but nice things to say about the staff at Toyota of Newton from seeing how well they took care of me, a 21 year old first time car buyer. Thank You Toyota World of Newton! Thank You Walter and Thank You Calvin and the wonderful staff!

I was very reticent about coming to a Toyota dealer because of my last purchase in Naples Fl so my guard was up. My experience at Newton Toyota , however, was an exactly opposite experience! They were sensitive to my wariness and did not take it personally except to accept the challenge of providing a perfect purchasing experience. From John Devita on the phone as an initial contact, to Jesse Bowman in finance, Scott Tompkins the Sales Manager, and Anthony Genovese the GSM, I felt no pressure to purchase and was provided with an easy cost sheet with EVERYTHING included no "MYSTERY MONIES" cropped up at the last minute to be paid in addition. However, the star of the process for me was my Sales Associate ANDY PORTER! Andy was well informed, VERY low sales pressure, open to my requests and helpful beyond the call of duty even though I had arrived right at closing and finally left nearly 4 hours later with my New Sienna. I had my pregnant daughter with me and he was so kind and courteous to her as well. Long story short, I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience! I have already convinced my Realtor to lease her next vehicle from Andy and the gang at Newton Toyota! I hope you will too! As an aside, I had my Prius V serviced there last year and the service department was the cleanest and most accommodating crew you could want. They took my granddaughter and I to the diner and picked us back up all at our convenience!
