The associate who worked for me was phenomenal! His name is Sidney from the Neptune, N.J. store and he was excellent from start to finish. I upgraded recently to a new phone where he expertly recommended all of my options with the right combination of expertise and friendliness. Transferring my old phone to my new phone was tricky in my particular case and he patiently helped me get everything I needed once again with 100% skill and friendliness. Super great associate overall. He really handled my case and other customers cases as I observed with excellence. He should be commended. Awesome asset to that store! The c.s.r. at the route 66 t-mobile are great. I went up there to purchase cases and charging dock for 3 new phones and 1 older phone. The guy there (unsure of his name but all are friendly) was very helpful with what I was looking for, let me play with his phone (note 5) and was kind to my 8 y.o. daughter, all while answering my questions. and giving me tips on dealing with my phone issue. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is bc there machine to transfer from one phone to another is not in good shape and couldnt help me when I came up there to do it the day before. Otherwise great service and friendly staff

If I could give them zero Stars I would. Went into the store because my phone had no space left. The two guys at the counter their only response was to buy a new phone. A new phone that cost $790. When I asked if I could just clear up some space on my old phone their response was yeah just delete stuff. Just delete stuff? This is the response I get from a T-Mobile representative? Didnt once try to help me. I then asked how do I delete things if I either need them or dont know how to delete them, again very blunt response just delete things. Dont waste your time going here.

Easy warranty returns... Staff is super smart... And by that, I mean they know most answers of the top of theor heads but have no problem calling for help when they need to to make sure the customer is well serves
