Completely disgusting store. Worst Staples I have ever been to. Went in to get a few copies and it took 20 minutes to print 5 resumes. Not only was I ignored by a rather slow moving large women, she also rolled her eyes and sent me to the self-serve machine. She didnt bother to ask what kind of prints I wanted. After I told her that I wanted resumes printed, she said it would take a few minutes to sign me up, so it may take a while to print. I mentioned I have already been in, and that my information should already be inputed. She again rolled her eyes and sighed. Being the only person in the store, this was a ridiculous wait. The bathrooms were also absolutely filthy! Ive seen deserted gas stations in better conditions. Been in three times hoping the customer service would improve and it has not. I would rather drive further than go there again.

I went to staples today to print out something from the computer. It wasnt working. So I ask for help the lady behind the counter told me just a minute. She help everyone else plus people that came after me. I went to get someone else to help me, and a beautiful employer name Stephanie came and try to help. She went and ask both ladies at the copy sation for help,and neither one ever came. I really dont like going there because the copy lady has no customer service . I shouldnt have to go to Delran if I live in Mt Holly. The one with the red hair is rude

This place is devoid of staff. I waited at the register forever for someone to come. Also purchased a chair at their kiosk online after I was told it wasnt in the store. Two hours later I get an emails saying the item is out of stock. I would have purchased a different chair but I had left the store hours ago. Worst experience. I will not purchase anything from staples again.

I agree with the girl below, this store is horrible. I know the girl she is talking about, with the red hair. She is rude. I called and was left on hold for so long. When they finally picked up, transferred me and left me on hold for a long time AGAIN! Go somewhere else if you can. DPI is great, also FEDEX is good in mt. laurel.

Never had a problem with this store or its staff.... I often mail stuff out and the woman that helps me is always very courteous and efficient. I have been approached by different salespeople who asked if I needed help. Never been in the restroom, but the rest of the store is immaculate.

$20 **** dollars for 6 feet of usb 2.0 cable. No 3.0 extension cables. I could understand the price if it was modern but that is ridiculous. If I wasnt in a rush Id order it online for 10 bucks.

Horrible Customer Service!!! Short story, bought printer, it broke in 10 days, this store would not exchange the broken printer. Will not do business with this store ever again!!!
