Beware. Purchased a new Seadoo from this place cash. Sale person was good but service department sucks. Specially Mike the service admin or whatever he is. This guy lie so much it gives this place a bad reputation. First he calls me and tells me they need to preform a recall software update on my ECU. I advise him my warranty is up and I would hate for the update to screw something up. He assure me that if the update mess anything up and they will cover any repair. Long story short, Update fried the IBR unit. Mike told me they are not going to fix it. He said they are to busy to resolve my issue and Seadoo does not want to cover the repair under warranty. Spoke with Seadoo and they told me the dealer never contacted them nor have they open a Service ticket. They told me to take the ski to another dealer. Took the Jetski to Bay Harbor Motors in Staten Island. These guys are great specially Steve . He took my Jetski in, they diagnose the issue, contacted Seadoo. Seadoo fixed the ski under warranty. My ski is all fixed thanks to another dealer. If I would of known I would have purchase my ski from them. F$%& Cross Country they just lost a customer.

A large, multi-brand full featured motorcycle shop (BMW, Ducati, etc) but seems to be very pricey to me. Oil change on my 2012 R1200RT was over $177. Maybe thats the BMW shop rate at any place, but I dont remember paying that much before. They have a very big parts and accessories area, but somehow the one area is a separate vendor or something, that wouldnt take the coupon we had, it was only good in another area on the other side of the floor. A large selection of bikes to look at, and they often have events.

Worth driving 30 miles for, I know because thats what I did. Cross country has the widest variety of both new and used European and Japanese bikes in the tristate area. There is one main building (two levels)with new bikes from BMW to Kawasaki as well as several other buildings. Its showroom is very organized, clean and well kept. They also have many experienced staff such as Ray Lee.

Love this place. Its a supermarket for the motorcycle enthusiast. Im on my 4th BMW motorcycle and having this 5 star dealer local to provide sales and service is key to my decision, besides being the best bikes made. HI TERRANCE, AL AND MARIE!

Really, really great sales staff. Brought my bike in for service for the first time after owning my bike for five years, tech ignored my explicit instructions and did the one thing I requested not to be done.
