My sons name came up on this review for some reason, this is actually Jack Bauer. $166 and 7 days for NOTHING! My cpu kept getting knockd offline at home. We explained the problem and they said they would run some diagnostics to find the issue. After 5 days (how it takes this long I have no idea) we called and they said its been staying onine for them. When we picked up the cpu it would still not stay online. When I returned to the store there was some confusion as to why I was told the cpu was working because the last day they said it kept getting knocked offline at the store. They apologized and said they would get right on it and call me within a couple hours, they didnt call back. The next day I stopped up again and after some technical explanation they were going to call me back in 30 minutes, again no call. The next day I called back, they apologized and after some more technical explanations they old me it may be my wireless card. Why was this not checked the first day when we explained the issue? Turns out it was the wireless card. They explained if I didnt want to replace the card the could sell me a usb wireless antenna for $50 that should fix the problem. To their credit they did tell me I could buy one at a big box store for about $30, which I did. So after 7days and $165 I fixed the problem with a $25 gadget from Walmart. And by the way, they had told me earlier in the process that they didnt want an unhappy customer and if they couldnt fix the problem they werent going to charge me if they couldnt get the cpu working, I guess they didnt pass that info to the guy who processed my card.

I called The Computer Specialist about our office printer that was saying we had a paper jam, but we couldnt find it. From the very beginning, Eric, was very helpful. He brought the printer into their office for me, since it is rather heavy. He spent a great deal time trying different things, including cleaning some of the parts. When he was not able to get the printer to stop showing the error message, he suggested another place that may be able to help. Because he was unable to fix it, he did not charge me anything, even though he must have spent at least 20 minutes trying to fix it. He was very patient and courteous with me the whole time that I was there. And even helped me take it back to my car. I would highly recommend using them.

Outstanding service. I knocked my laptop from my desk and shattered the screen. I took it into the shop was quoted a more than fair price for the work to be completed. They promised that the part would be in by the end of the week. The shop called 2 days later, the part was in EARLY.I brought the laptop in at the end of the day to be repaired, they called 1 hr later it was done. Wow. Also, Rob the tech also lent me a used monitor so that I could at least use my machine while we were waiting for the part. Now thats customer service, that saved my bacon .

Walked in a recent rainy Saturday. Although there were no technicians available, the receptionist helped me fix my computer problem. Before leaving the owner or manager or technician came in and he also gave some help and recommendations. Truly refreshing great service. My son and I have had them repair our computers over the years. Always helpful.

They never discussed charges prior to performing work and never stated days needed for completion of work. They list Saturday hours on their website, but arent open on Saturdays. Explanation of actual work performed is vague and questionable. A bad experience overall. Stay away.

So far extremely satisfied - used them to set up our camera system via the internet at work - Personally sent them my flash drive as someone stepped on it and no longer worked - and BAM !! Done, Fixed I have my 30K pictures back -- Thank You Paul - AMAZINGLY HAPPY !!
