If i could give no stars i would ...If you are a woman or have an accent stay away!!! (my dad is from Europe but speaks English with an accent) this is about 2 separate occasions in 1 week with 2 different employees. 1) I went in to see what deal i could get on a new lease after my dad had been in earlier in the day. The male i dealt with was Lionel. I told him that i have a limit as to what I am able to spend bc this is a gift for my sister. long story short..the price he gave me with same out of pocket and same car that my dad asked for was 70$ more a month. when I said to him thats not possible my dad was here earlier in the day and thats not the deal he got he looked at me stunned. I confronted him and said just bc i have boobs doesnt give you the right to try and rip me off. needless to say i left. He said that wasnt what was happening and i asked him why he would give me such a ridiculous quote then... he said if i wasnt happy then theres nothing he can do. WOW! later that night i got an automated email saying it was a pleasure to meet me and to contact him if i need anything...barf! 2) however my dad had gotten a good deal with a another lady in the dealership and we went back 4 days later to start the paper work. On the day my dad was supposed to go in and finalize everything he got a call from Jamie (sp) in the finance dept. He handles the bank loan info. He let my dad know that his credit didnt come back great and the original deal couldnt go through. my dad let him know that he could come in with a bank statement to show him that he could pay for everything (meaning - pay the term of the lease up front and no bank needed)...Jamies response to my dad was "how are you enjoying your time in this country"...who says that! are you trying to accuse him of something? man up and say that to his face and see what happens to you. my dad is a hard working man that provides for his family. I understand that businesses use credit reports...but these things are not always accurate or up to date! they have lost our business forever ... and who ever i can tell i will. I cant believe they would try to belittle a foreigner like that. disgusting.
Una mala experiencia con este senor llamado JOSE MENDEZ de auto parts un tipo con mala actitud me atendio me hiso ir a devolucion sin razon espero el manager haga algo no es POSIBLE que el dinero de uno no valga nada compre unos shoks y llego defectuoso de mala calidad y fui a retornarlo y esta persona me boto sin darme solucion se LLAMA JOSE MENDEZ Y TRABAJA EN EL DPT DE AUTO PARTS. UNA DESGRACIA DE HUMANO QUE NO TIENE SENSIBILIDA Y TRATA MAL AL CLIENTE... Went to this place for service; my check engine light was on. Going in I knew it was an electric problem. Left the car with them, the next day they told me it was an issue with the wiring harness they told me they would need a day to fix it. The next day they told me it wasnt ready, the next day after I had to call them to see if it was ready. They told me it was fine and ready to go. Picked up the car that night paid the fee, and started driving back home. After a couple of minutes the check engine light came back on, started to feel the car and realized that not much was done to the car at all, it was still driving the same way. I called the next day in the morning asked for Jim, after I addressed the issue he told me to bring the car back in, brought it in that day. The next day they claimed its a clutch problem. Told me they would need another day or two. Like an idiot I didnt question it, after 2 days no call no report from them, I called them up and they just said they need another day because they cant find the issue. At this point Im losing my patience, the next day they said it needs a soft clutch replacement and that it would cost $1,500 to $1,600 to fix at their shop. Looked at other places to compare prices; every other place was cheaper no where near that price. Bottom line they are a waste of time, Jim is either completely incompetent at his job or a good thief. (Dont be fooled by his politeness, they will work on your call when they feel its convenient for them). Avoid at all cost !!! How do you waste a persons time pretend to know the issue and continue to lead them on about it getting done. Trust me they are a WASTE OF TIME.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram!!! The customer service provided by Jeep and its affiliated mother company Chrysler is just plain AWFUL!! I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty and the window regulators on my car have broken THIRTEEN times since Ive owned the vehicle. Jeep was willing to repair the first 12 and has since refused to offer to pay the $475 it would take to repair the next broken regulator. Would YOU be naive enough to pay $475 dollars for something that happens THIS frequently? How would you feel if Jeep and Chrysler both said they werent willing to help you? And, suppose another regulator breaks next week - am I expected to pay $475 AGAIN??? My window is currently held in place with masking tape because the motor that powers it suddenly died (thirteenth time!). People can see how easily they can get into my car now. The replacement parts are faulty, the service for this takes 3-4 hours at a time, and Ive never once gotten an "Im sorry" or a "thank you for your patience." You do the math - thats 36-48 hours of my life WASTED on THE SAME ISSUE. My time means nothing to these companies and neither will yours. Chrysler doesnt care about you. Theyve been giving me any excuse they can find to NOT help me! And Jeep has been no help since the issue should have been fixed during THE FIRST REPAIR! My most recent regulator issue broke on 4/7/17 and Ive been arguing with Chrysler and Jeep for TWO MONTHS because neither of us want to pay for the goddamn service. Why should I fix it? Why should I keep my car? Why should I ever buy any Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram products ever again?
I am with mixed feelings for this dealership. Here I met the best dealer i have ever seen, as also the worst one. The salesman name is Daryl - very polite, and respectful man. Even though we didnt make a deal, this man was opened, explained everything nicely, in a matter of 5 minutes. We didnt like his offer, and that is it. Opposite to Daryl is Lionel. Very mouthy, disrespectful man, and a liar. We made a deal, shook hands, and since it was late, he was suppose to call early next day, so we can sign the documents. Instead, the next day, he didnt call, didnt respond on my e-mail, didnt answer my call, and when I was calling him he was hanging up. According to me, this is not adequate for a mature person, and a man. If I want to find him, I will go on foot in the dealership and where he is going to hide ?! But it would be another waste of my time... It is very disrespectful behavior and I dont feel like entering that dealership ever again, only because of this time waster. If I could give a lower rating I would, just because of him.My review is suppose to serve to anyone who wants to visit this dealership. I am trying to be objective. I said nothing against the dealership - they have nice offers, and visually plenty of good cars, and good deals, just if you ever go there, ask for Daryl or at less anyone else, and try to avoid Lionel if you appreciate your own time, and personal feelings...
