One of the reps at the Harrison AT&T store was dishonest or misinformed about a free tablet offer by AT&T. I was offered a free tablet by a store rep a few months ago, I replied no thanks since I already have one and do not use it, but he insisted that I could cancel the tablet service at any time in case I didnt use it after 6 months, 10 dollars a month for the line needed to have the tablet. I agreed to it but it turned out that the tablet went on a 2 year contract and I could not cancel without a 120 dollar cancellation fee. Found out today, about 6 months after. However, the store rep was able to inform me that AT&T no longer has 2 year contracts when I tried to upgrade my phone and had to go on a payment plan for it. I have not used the tablet and now have spent 180 dollar on something I didnt want to begin with. The rep may have been honest and not trained well by AT&T. Be warned and be careful what you agree to, reps at this Harrison AT&T store dont know or are dishonest about certain AT&T offers. After calling AT&T, the phone rep was helpful but could only work with the mess that I had asked him to help me with. One bad rep can spoil a good customer experience. I have mostly had a good experience with AT&T except for this one bad experience. They sometimes do 2 year contracts, know what you are getting into, CUSTOMER BEWARE!

I went to this AT&T store to upgrade my line plus my sons and husband. Sales rep looked up my account and told me the only option available was a bundle option where I had to buy the 6s plus and an iPad or tablet and then be committed and pay 10$ month for the tablet. Mind you we were all due for upgrades with 2 yr contracts. The reps were dishonest and told me if I walked out of their store after I told them I wasnt interested in that option, that I wouldnt be able to find an iPhone 6s Plus ANYWHERE walking into a store. I would have to order it and they could order the phone for me. No thanks, I can order it myself, plus after telling me what I mentioned above I wouldnt trust them to order any thing for me. I can order from APPLE myself! Went to my usual AT&T store in Linden, NJ where myself and my family all walked out with our iPhones 6s plus. AT&T is a great company, been with them for many years and to have people like this represent them is a shame. Dishonest, scammers, who should just obey by contract rules and give consumers what they walk in the store to buy. Please dont fall for this scam!!! Beware! I only went to this locating because it was closer to me. Never again!

We paid $5000 ($500 each person, 10 people in total) as deposits for starting family plans at this store in August 2015 and the only proof we got was an unofficial receipt printed in the store with Service Fee: $5000 and a useless voice number, without details like our account numbers and lines. We should have been refunded in the same amount one year later. However, till today, we only received $1500 (AT&T Customer Service told us there were only 3 lines of deposits in our plans). The other $3500 (7 peoples deposits) was evaporated. After that, we contacted the nearest at&t store in Newark, and after their investment, we were told that the other $3500 has been used to buy phones in the store that weve NEVER done. Were still dealing with this swindle with the help of Harrison Police Department.

We had a family plan of 11 people.We are students.When we just came here.We didnt have SSN and also that time we didnt have credit card to make the payments.So one of their employees,Sam.They asked us to pay deposit 500$ in cash each person for the at&t account.So we paid them in cash.We are supposed to get our deposit at August 2016.But we didnt get deposit even now.We had a copy of the proof of payment .But when we go to at&t system.It shows we only have $1500 deposit under account. We after figure out they actually reported that we used the other $3500 to buy phone from them.

Never leave reviews for anything usually but I felt like I had to give these guys the credit they deserve. This is, by far, the best AT&T store Ive ever been to. Always answers the phone almost instantly, helps you every step of the way, ensures that youre taken care of, and very friendly. One of the most important things is that they dont try to harass you into buying a certain phone to meet a quota or something like Ive previously dealt with at a different AT&T store. These guys let you know whats what, let you decide what you like, then you move from there. Simple and easy.

Very friendly and informative staff. Alex & Vic are now lifelong friends of my family and I because they treated us just like family. I went in there to learn about some plans as I was planning on moving from Verizon because they are so pricey! Alex walked me through the pricess and helped me every step of the way. They even threw in some free cases and screen protectors for free! I went in their to get 3 phones but walked out with 4 phones 2 tablets and DirecTV! AT&T Harrison is the Best!

Open accoint and family plan almost 2 years ago without SSN. The told us to give the deposit for $500 each person and the deposit would be returned after 1 year. However until now we COULD NOT get the money back! The are frauds! They did not put the deposit record into the ATT system! And what we have is a receipt saying the $5000 was the service fee!!! They were playing a word game and keep denying the fact! Frauds! I recommend ur guys to go to somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE

Dont like those people. They dont care about customers and dont follow rules. We 20 international students opened the family plan in Sep, 2015 and didnt receive the deposit back when we were supposed so. It lasted until March 2017 and we finally opened a case against both AT&T and this branch. They finally returned the money this June and caused us huge troubles.

The representative took the $500 deposit for each of us in the family plan and promised we will get the money back one year later. However, one and a half year later, nothing came back. The retailer just told us to talk to his manager, who never showed up. There are ten member in this account and theyve taken(stolen) $5000 from us.

went there yesterday to switch from t mobile. had a great experience with the reps there, they treated me like family and made it fun to hang out there through out the process. they had good promotions and even gave me and my family free screen protectors! would deff recommend this store to all friends and family

I visited this store and experienced the best service ever, reps in the store was honest and also made me aware about the new promotions and offers which AT&T has due to which i got so much credit on my existing At&t account. I loved the way they treat their customers, its very impressive. 5 Star Service guys.
