If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My wedding was 3 years ago and I still CANNOT forget my very negative experience with them. They ordered the wrong color for my bridesmaids dresses and did not own to it. Obviously they dont care about the satisfaction of their customers. Every bride knows what they want and when one of my bridesmaids showed me the color of the dress that was ordered, I immediately contacted them about the mistake. They told me that they ordered the color "wine," which is literally the color of red wine. "Wine" was written on the order form, and thats what came, therefore there was no mistake. I insisted that this is defintely not what I want simply bec it is NOT MY COLOR SCHEME. How would I or my bridesmaids order a color that is not my color scheme? More importantly, it was not my bridesmaids who filled out the order form, JEFRE BRIDAL did. All my bridesmaids did was to try on the sample dress which was IN THE COLOR I WANTED, get fitted, and paid. They were asked what color and they said THE COLOR OF THE SAMPLE DRESS. Therefore, it was Jefre Bridals mistake by deciding to write "Wine" on the order form even though the color of the sample dress is NOT WINE. But they insisted that we ordered it bec that is whats on the order form. I filed a complaint with BBB, which is also a joke. Jefre Bridal response is the same: Wine was on the order form; the dresses came in wine; therefore no mistake. He also added that I "refused" help. I replied back with the narrative above and explained why I "refused" help. The "help" he offered was to rush order the right color dresses. We have to pay for the dresses again (he did offer half price, haha) and on top of that, the rush fee. That was not helping us at all. After my counter to his reply with BBB, BBB said the next step was to sue. This is why I said BBB is a joke. Who wants to go through ALL that trouble while planning your wedding? Sadly, I let it go. No one knew that my colors were not red and blue (my default scheme die to this unfortunate event), but my bridal party and my family. I just want people to stay away from Jefre Bridal. Take your precious business and time somewhere else. They will ruin your wedding planning bliss!

I called this shop ahead of time to make sure I could view bridal accessories without an appointment and was told it was ok. Once in the store shopping I was asked if I could be helped. One woman was very nice with helping me try out some hair pieces and jewelry. At one point she asked me if I had my bridal gown yet, and once I told her yes and she asked me where from (another store in northern NJ) she disappeared without a word and I was left on my own. I moved onto looking at sashes and belts and found something that would be perfect for my gown. Another woman had approached me to ask if I needed help at this point. I told her how interested I was in this belt and knew that they carried the same dress that I had already purchased in the store. I asked if she minded pulling the sample just so I could hold the belt against the dress to have an idea how it looked together. She flat out told me no, because they "didnt have that dress". Funny how I saw a picture of a past customer in the front of the store wearing the exact same dress...so Im sure that was a lie. I asked her a few questions about the belt while comparing it to a photo of the dress on my phone... she gave me very quick, one worded answers, mostly consisting of "no...", things about sizing, ordering, etc. She then took the belt from me, walked into the back room WITHOUT A WORD, and disappeared...with the belt in hand! No "excuse me, Ill be right back..." or "Im sorry, I have another client..." Just took the belt from my hand and walked away. I was in the store another 10 minutes and never saw her, or the belt again. This time, no one asked me if I needed anything. It seems that if youre not willing to drop several thousand dollars on your bridal gown in this store, then they want NOTHING to do with you, even though I was ready to spend $300 in cash on the spot in accessories. Horrible customer service!

The staff was rude and the selection is limited. I visited today - had made an appointment in advance and arrived on time. I was not acknowledged when I arrived - the store is not that big- and when I finally let them know I had arrived for my appointment to look at Mother of the Bride dresses I was told to just look around. I found a few dresses that I wanted to try and had to find someone to get me a dressing room. Once in the dressing room, no one checked on me at all! Once again my friend had to ask several times if someone could help us. I should note that there were 2 other groups in the store (a complete wedding party and one other mother of the Bride, but there were at least 5 sales people so there should be no excuse for a salesperson not helping me and I DID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! Finally someone was sent over to help and she couldnt even answer what colors a dress came in. She then got a phone call and left us and never came back! We waited 15 more minutes and asked one of the other staff for help and were were told that someone would be with us shorty. A Bride then came in and was helped immediately - we left! They saw us leave and said nothing! By the way, the woman who left us to take the phone call was now standing at the front desk doing nothing! I should also say that I bought my wedding dress here 30 years ago so thought this would be a great place to go for my Mother of the Bride dress- It was not! I would NEVER recommend Jefre Bridal. They lost a customer and a sale and I will pass this review on.

Amazing! I called ahead to make an appointment, and they were accommodating. I spoke with the owner on the phone and met him in store; very personable and friendly. It was kind of intimidating at first with all of the choices there were. I was introduced to my personal bridal consultant and the first thing I told her was that "I am very picky." I gave her a run down of about 20 things I wanted in a dress and about 50 other things I did not want in a dress.She smiled and said she had the perfect dress for me. At first glance it didnt look like anything special, but I tried on the dress and I just knew, I just KNEW it was the one. The first dress! It had everything I wanted. I asked her if parts of it were customizable and she said of course! It came as a strapless, but she brought out the seamstress and asked if I could add straps. She said of course, anything I wanted. She was also able to cut the bottom of the dress for me as well! After hearing that I would be making this customized for myself and it was a very reasonable price, I knew I had to have the dress. The prices are VERY reasonable here as well as any customizing and alterations. They made me feel like a princess as soon as I entered and were very accommodating. They also mentioned they dont get commission off brides or bridesmaids, so they do not pressure you into anything. I would highly recommend Jefre Bridals; they have truly exceptional customer service, unbeatable prices, and a variety of options that you can customize as well!
