We called and asked if they had the Verizon JetPack in stock and could we get it on a monthly pay-as-you-go plan. They said yes and that it cost $200.00. We jumped in the car and went to the store. We arrived, announced that we had called about the JetPack and said we wanted to purchase it. I was surprised when they asked for my license but I handed it over. I was really annoyed when they asked for my social security number and said so. "Why", I asked, "Would I have to give you my social security number for something I am going to pay cash for?" The guy looked confused and said thats the way they do it. I told them I was not going to subject myself to a credit check for something I am buying outright. The guy indicated that the owner was in the back and he would get him. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked if the owner was really in the store. The guy explained that he was on the phone and he did want to interrupt him. We walked out the door. While I was waiting I pulled out my employer check stub and asked them to process it so I would get the discount. He said they dont do that and said I had to do it online. Now these guys are resellers so maybe they cant or maybe they wont. In the past I tried to return a Verizon product there and they explained that they are resellers and I would have to bring it to the store in Succasunna (which we did). On the way home I was thinking about where else we could get a wireless hotspot and it occurred to me that Radio Shack (where I bought all the stuff for my sons science fair) sells cell phones. So we went there. We asked at Radio Shack if they have the Verizon Hotspot and they said yes and quickly produced it. In ten minutes I purchased it, they activated it and we were out the door. And it was only $129.00, not $200.00. Dont waste your time here...I think these guys were planning on signing me up for a two year contract which is NOT what I wanted and NOT what I asked for. PEM
Ive been dealing with the Flanders location and the Byram location and being in the service business myself having to deal with the public, I know how hard it can be when dealing with problems and difficult clients. Both these locations have been great to do business with. Completely professional and extremely knowledgeable. These guys really know there stuff. Jimmy was great, friendly and really knows his way around the plans and gave me a great plan that fit my needs. I would highly recommend these guys.
The product knowledge and service at this Flanders (and their Chester location) is impeccable. The stores manager, Andy, and his entire staff have a great ability to LISTEN to their customers concerns and translate complicated technology to simple laymens terms. They are EXCELLENT at this and make visiting the store a worthwhile trip to enjoy the wireless experience I do a good percentage of my Xmas shopping at Pure Wireless because of their generousity. I STRONGLY recommend Pure Wireless to ALL ages.

I have been going to this store for years. They also have a location in Chester and Byram. Andy and his staff are probably the best group you could work with when it comes to phones, plans, discussing options and all around customer service. They are patient, kind and so knowledgeable and they treat everyone extremely well. I tell everyone I know to only use them and everyone comes back to tell me what an amazing experience they had. Why go anywhere else?

His suggestions were so helpful to me and he is so willing to have me stop in for any help I need! He also helped my husband find an easier phone for him to use ,which he is so happy about! I would like someone to know how much We appreciated him as a person and as a sales person!!!!!! I would recommend others to come here!
Employees are not knowledgeable at all about products and services offered and are completely unwilling to help customers in any way other than just trying to sell things. Anecdotal: I went in and bought a 4G SIM card to activate a phone for a friend, then ~1week later went back to get one for myself and was told that they didnt sell the cards due to company policy and that I was making up my story about buying one a week earlier.
Ive been to many Verizon Wireless stores and this one stands out as the best. I will only be going to this one now. The staff was very friendly and courteous, answered all my questions promptly and set me and my family up with new phones in no time. You will not be disappointing by their service. Sent a lot of my friends here also and they are always completely satisfied!.
Great great great service! I came in a couple times, today to upgrade to a newer phone and the service was great(I think Jimmy was the name of the employee who helped me out). Ive been to sprint and AT&T before and the people who work there seem to know less than I do about cell phones. Its nice to see a store whos confident in getting me connected.
If you go to the store in sucussana you should stop immediately. My father had to wait 4 hours to get his phone I Succasunna but when I got mine I only has to wait 45 min. The best part was, all the stores I called didnt have the note 7 in stock at the time and they had them here. I highly recommend you check this place out.
Jimmy from Pure wireless Verizon in Flanders nj rt 206 was very helpful. We were at a soccer tournament and my sons phone was not working so we went to pure wireless in Flanders and Jimmy was very helpful and explained all out options and all the products. I have been to many Verizon retailers and I even worked for one for many years and these guys are among the best they explain everything to you they give you the best deal possible they arent just out to make the most money possible the customer comes first
Without any doubt, these guys know their stuff, and always exceed my expectations when I need help, assistance, or just a place to go vent about cellphones, etc. Absolutely the finest Verizon dealer in New Jersey.
I have been in here twice. Both times no one could help me unless I was there to buy a new phone. Go to a real Verizon store not a reseller if you really need help and service.
