I inquired about the XC60 via the dealership website and Bernie contacted me right away. He provided detailed information that gave me the "big picture" I was looking for at the time. He answered patiently and gave me just the right mix of eagerness to assist without being overly pushy. When the time was right about a month or two later, I was in the area and decided to go in. After introducing myself, Bernie picked up right where we left, he had all the information of our previous correspondance and again with the right mix of friendliness, professionalism and knowledge we had the right car at the right price ordered. The dealership is very nice, welcoming, very well organized and efficient. It took few months to get the car since we wanted few uncommon options, but the delivery time was accurate (even a bit shorter than we expected) and during this entire time Bernie was still very responsive. Weather it was by email or phone it was always a pleasure. I came in with my wife after work to pick up the car and even though it was late in the evening, he took the time to explain and show everything from where the coffee machine was to how to setup the radio. Not only that this was a wonderful experience, we also got a great deal and we will certainly be back in few years.... I highly recommend Bernie and his team to anyone... And BTW the coffee machine is awesome too ;) Thanks Bernie - see you when the new XC90 comes out...
J. Tobia is the friendliest, most knowlegable, and honest (yes, I said honest) sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I left feeling refreshed instead of exhausted due to the manner in which he handled our entire transaction. Start to finish, I was truly impressed and completely satisfied - something I have NEVER said before after leaving an auto dealership! No pressure, no haggling, no aggravation...I cannot stress enough how truly wonderful my car buying experince was with J. Tobia!! Buzz Giaritta...wow! He expertly handled finalizing our deal and went above and beyond to work with us to accomodate our needs. A true professional and gentleman - an absolute joy to work with. Ralph Iannuzzi - ask him to tell you the story about his mom and the housecoat - its a blast! Yet another fine professional with a wonderful demaenor and charm. These three fine gentlemen represent the pinnacle of what all professionals in the automobile sales industry should aspire to. Seriously...you guys should hold seminars to teach all the jokers at the MANY dealerships I have had the displeasure of dealing with in my 23 years of buying and leasing cars how to handle a sale. Well done Sirs!! Englewood Volvo is my one and only favorite auto delaership on the planet!! BRAVO!!

I just purchased my first Volvo, and my first car since college. I have been leasing for years, afraid to commit to buying. I went into Englewood Volvo to look at the C30. I wound up buying this car fully loaded and am not sorry. After this experience, I wouldnt buy a Volvo from any other place, even if one was closer to me (this one is pretty close so Im lucky). I dont have one bad thing to say. Every single person I dealt with was super friendly, helpful, and they really know their stuff. They are accomodating, personable, knowledgable and their pricing is more than fair. Usually sales staff are prone to ignoring customers once they have your money and your commitment to buy. These guys did NOT treat me like that at all. And I know that wont change even after Ive picked up my car. They stayed open late for me when I got there right before closing (I wouldnt recommend this b/c that is just mean, but I didnt have a choice). Every transaction with Englewood Volve from start to finish was a great experience. I cant say enough nice things about them. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat and would send anyone I know their way.
I have never worked with a car organization that I have felt more comfortable and at home with than these people. They were "real people". No gimmicks, no tricks, real matter of fact guys. There is a Volvo dealer that is closer to my house, but I chose to go with this dealer after years ago having a good experience with the service shop with a used Volvo I owned for a couple of years. I have to say that not only was my experience no hassle, but I really enjoyed myself with the whole process with each and everyone who worked there. I also liked the fact, that each sales person brought a slightly different expertise to the table, a number of them were true "motorheads" so we could chat cartalk, they all knew their stuff. Jay was particularly adept at the technology stuff so I didnt have to read through a bunch of literature to get everything up and running. BTW, Jay is extremely high energy, which is great, you can tell his passion for Volvos runs deep. Actually, to call it passion is an gross understatement, I think he bleeds Volvo blue.

On Saturday, November 12, 2011 I visited Englewood Volvo and met Bernie Valentinetti. He was very pleasant and courteous with me explaining all of my options. He really provided me privacy when I needed it to review my options and discuss with my Mother and Husband. I didn’t feel pressured into buying, which was a plus. I was unable to make a decision that day; however I returned on Monday, November 14, 2011 to purchase the 2012 XC90, and let me say the financing experience was enjoyable with Bernie and Buzz. There were no extra fees, hidden fees, and etc. The purchase price I agreed too with Bernie and Buzz was the exact amount on my final financing paperwork. Bernie took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle. He linked/activated my mobile phone devise, ensured my driver seat was memorized, explained each feature setting, all the available compartments, charger outlets, and etc. Thank you Bernie and Buzz for helping me own my 2012 XC90.
I was referred to Jay Tobia by a family member. Jay is a professional and made the usually unpleasant car buying experience straightforward and easy. We picked up the car on Saturday 10/3 and Jay was out on a family matter. He told me the day before that Howie would take care of me. Howie was a pleasure to work with and again made it pleasant and very easy. Jay and I put this deal together over the phone and by e-mail. The first time I came to the dealership was to pick up the car and it all went exactly as Jay told me it would. There were no surprises. We signed the papers with the sales manager Ralph and he was very friendly, helpful and truly professional. Everything Jay and I agreed to was exactly how it went, which shows you the credibility of the dealership and their employees. Howie did a great job explaining every detail and all the technology in the car to my wife and me. Thanks to all of you.
This was my second visit to purchase from Englewood Vovlo. The only reason I came back to this dealership was Jay Tobia. He provided we with excellent service my first visit and he didnt disappoint on my second. I actually purchased two cars this time around and it was easy, simple and straightforward. I felt I left with a great deal and most of all my wife was happy with her car and deal as well. What can you say about "VOLVO JAY"? Great sales person to work with and I feel he had my best interest at heart. We came in as a happy previous customer and Jay got us to be a "VOLVO FAMILY" when we left. A great experience and hope to do it again. Please know this as well. I come from PA to Englewood to get my cars serviced and to purchase new cars . So there has to be a great sales person and a good deal.
