This is a HORRIBLE STORE DEALER! if there could be a grade less than 1 start they deserve -10 the Store manager Francisco Vargas (Frank B) is a very disrespectful, rude, and hard headed person that shouldnt be a manager. Even that he said he is the onwer of the Store. I have a wrong charge for a earbuds for Galaxy S5 that i never received because i never was agreed to bought it however the cashier Karina M charged me in the register. This so called "onwer" "manager" try to convinced me that charge of $19.99 was meant to be for a activation fee when i know metro pcs only changer that amount for new customers or for customers with less than 3 months with the service. They try to cover their mistake by trying to give a new headset, but hold on, if the charge was right but the description for the price was wrong then, why are you trying to give for free a new headset????.... Why are you willing to lost a headset? Only because the your cashier Karina put down in the receipt a wrong description for a charge of an activation fee?. Guess what?! This only proof that there is something fishy there. This only proof that i shouldnt get charge $19.99 for a activation fee because i am not a new customer. You just try to keep the money and didnt refund me and making excuses. So now i am making a public report for others customer that should be aware NOT to go to your store because the service is bad, because your employees lied, and because you (Francisco Vargas) as store manager and onwer of that dealer have a very bad customers service professional. People this is a very bad place, dont believe all what they said and check your receipt before leave the store because it may happened that you could find extra charges. I am very upset. I work very hard and im not willing that other try to steal money from me.
