If you waive the insurance coverage at signup they will try to invent "damage" on the car, even when there is none. The company manager himself, in white shirt and tie, examines the cars. There are no low-wage car inspectors, just the manager and office staff, all wearing ties. I had picked up a car in La Habra, CA at 5 p.m. and drove directly to my own garage in Henderson without stopping even once. The next morning I drove directly from my garage to the Enterprise on Warm Springs, about 1 mile away, and they told me there was damage on the car and it would have to be checked over for possible repair. The "damage" consisted of 2 indentations smaller than the width of a persons finger, perhaps 1 mm. deep, that cannot be seen with the naked eye and can ONLY be detected by running your hand over the surface. They purported that this constitutes damage that requires repair, so they will let me about the charge to be made to my debit card after the car inspection later. It is a total SHAM. Under NO circumstances should you patronize this Enterprise facility. Ive never seen such deceptive business practices. The manager of the store is a very young eastern European man who seems to run the facility like one in Europe, with everyone in formal clothes and hopping to his command. I recommend staying away.

Went in yesterday and bought a lovely 2016 VW Jetta with a ton of upgrades and got a pretty good deal. I found older Jettas with more miles and less features for way more than I paid for mine. Weve owned several previous fleet cars in the past and my husbands current truck was an Enterprise fleet vehicle before we bought it. I figured Id cut out the hard pressure sales drones at the dealerships and go straight to Enterprise. It was a good decision. The price was already so low, there was no haggling. I did pretty much had a car picked out (searching online was very easy) before I walked in. My salesguy, Lance was awesome! I would recommend him to anyone. He listened and didnt pressure us into looking at things we didnt want. He was funny and very cool with us and personally gassed up and washed the car for us. The process was remarkably smooth. Alex was a treat. When we discussed warranties, he only showed us what he, himself, would buy and put no pressure on us to accept something we didnt need or want. We were in and out in less than two hours and most of that time was waiting on our bank stuff. We will definitely go there again when we are ready for another vehicle. Thanks guys! You rock!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Jordan at the Henderson Enterprise location. It was such a pleasant experience from the moment I walked through the doors, until I drove off with my SUV. Jordan was an EXCELLENT individual, and never pushed me to buy during this experience. He let me take my time driving vehicles, and was patient as I asked to drop all the back seats down in the SUVs on the lot since I was shopping for a vehicle for my pets. Paperwork was a breeze, and the finance manager helped me get approved for a loan within just a few minutes!!! Then at the end of everything, when I was tired and a little overwhelmed, Jordan came back from fueling up my vehicle with my favorite energy drink (which I mentioned as we were talking earlier). After my purchase, I also received check up texts, emails, and a letter in the mail to be sure I was completely satisfied. This is GREAT customer service. I would absolutely recommend purchasing from this dealership if you want a haggle free, stress free, and a relaxed environment. I was in and out within 3 hours and it changed how I view purchasing a new vehicle. Great job Jordan and Enterprise Sales team! You guys rock!

The people at this location of Enterprise service almost all of the new car dealerships in the Valley Auto Mall in Henderson. And when I say service, I mean they are spot-on in taking care of customers. Their pick up service is quite speedy but the real service comes in the rental lobby. Andre and the staff are superb - very friendly, very customer oriented, very professional. They really try to give the customer what he wants and dont seem to be so bound by nit-picking rules that they sacrifice on the service they provide. Weve had to rent several cars in the past couple of weeks due to ongoing mechanical issues with our car and they have provided for our needs with excellent service. Even when we had an issue with the rental car, they took in back and even upgraded the replacement for our trouble. This Enterprise sets the standards that all car rental places should meet.

After I rented a car from Enterprise a couple of days later someone called me on my cell and left a message, i called back the telephone number and Eric Johnson, the person that left a message answered and told me that he can help me get a replacement car since my car was a total loss from the accident. We set up an appointment just for curiosity since i was adamant purchasing a vehicle under my name due to my not-so-perfect credit. Anyway, i decided to go and Im so thankful for the decision I made because Ive never experience buying a car that easy. From the Enterprise rental to Enterprise Car Sales ( Eric Johnson & Alex at Finance) every one was so professional in handling the transaction. Went in right before Christmas to get an appraisal on my car. I was greeted by Chris Robinson sales associate at Enterprise. He had my vehicle appraised and showed me some cars that were available. I was satisfied with the appraisal and chose to purchase a low mileage 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. All the employees at Enterprise were great to work with for the completion of the paperwork to finalize the transaction. Chris Robinson made sure that I was satisfied during every step of the transaction. Any concerns or questions I had were promptly handled by Chris. I am a senior citizen and purchased many vehicles during my lifetime. I truly believe this transaction was the best ever. I highly recommend the Enterprise Car Sales Team for a great car buying experience.

I was in Vegas for a basketball tournament and there was literally no cars available for the first 2 days we were in town. I called everywhere and was unable to find a car and several places were very rude over the phone. When I called this location, I was dealt with in a very respectful way & treated as if I was important to the person on the phone. I was able to get a reservation and was told the car would be ready Friday morning at 7am. The staff was very nice and accommodating to me at pick up. I would highly recommend this location as opposed to the airport or any other companies in the area! They will be getting my business again the next time were in town. This time I will reserve ahead of time.

Ive purchased two cars from Enterprise Car Sales, and have had an extremely positive experience both times. The vehicles they sell are in top condition, with around 35–45,000 miles (just broken in). The prices are clearly listed on the Enterprise web site, and theres no haggling or hassle at the dealership. Although I opted for financing from my credit union, Enterprise also offered us dealer financing at a very attractive rate. The sales rep was courteous and helpful, and has followed up with me several times since my most recent purchase (June 2016). Im exceptionally pleased with their business model, and plan to purchase from them again in the future.
