This business is very questionable. They sell a lot of puppies but do not provide any details regarding its breeder - giving the appearance of being a puppy mill. I asked for papers or information about the dogs breeder but was denied the information. Took them to court but lost my petition because my request for papers was a verbal agreement from the owner and no written agreement was available. The puppy was not 8 weeks old as promised, but nearly 11, dew claws were still intact and the first visit to a vet did not take place until the dog was at weeks. Wiggles owner lied in court about our agreement, accused me of harassment and swore she offered me papers that I refused. My dogs sibling has had to have gum surgery and teeth removed by 6 months of age. The canine vet said it is inbreeding. BEWARE of this store.
Im horrified to know theres a pet store in Helena selling dogs, let alone other animals. Helena residents, you need to rally your local government to ban pet stores that sell dogs from breeders. Reputable breeders dont need to sell through third parties. Shameful. You can bet your life these dogs are raised in unhealthy and inhumane conditions. One star because you have to give at least one, otherwise a VERY negative score.
Not bad prices, and friendly service but I will not be going back. The smell is absolutely horrible the moment you walk in the door and a lot of the animals look far from healthy and their cages were filthy. The baby bearded dragons look like hatchlings, way too young to be sold and again, I cannot stress the smell enough. Terrible!
Im all for supporting local businesses, but seeing mixed breed puppies kept in tiny cages with wire bottoms being sold for $1,500 (originally $1,800!) is disgusting! I have two large, pure bred dogs and didnt pay that for them combined. The store smelled so awful I could hardly stand being in there, and Ive been in many pet stores.
That place was as depressing and sad as a documentary on animal cruelty and neglect. I felt sorry for all the animals in that store. Does anyone have any ideas on who should be notified in regards to the situation those animals are in?
Wiggles is the best! Very helpful and caring for any animal. Great with their animals and you can trust what you get there. Brian and Cindy are great people!
Terrible. They still sell animals from back yard breeders where a lot of these animals get sick and die weeks after getting them. Please dont support them!
The knowledge of the staff about every species from dogs to reptiles, was outstanding. Support your local business! Go to Wiggles.
Super cool. Really nice. And are honest and value their customers. Still go there. The best pet store. Town if you ask me
The friendly environment, the employees are very nice. Lots of animals and treats. Made my dog happy:)
Joe and Amy May
It is very smelly and dingy. The owner sits outside the shop smoking a pipe, not very kid friendly,
Very kind and accommodating staff. All animals appear content and well-cared for.
Very run down and smelly. I felt sorry for the couple animals they had there :(
Their always kind and willing to help out If I need something
Knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service
Unethical sail and treatment of animals.
Nice family owned store. Very friendly.
Adopt, dont shop!
