I got a “great deal” on a Chevy Traverse. I live in Helena and so had to drive to Bozeman multiple times. They would tell me to bring one thing and then when I got there they would tell me I needed something else and said it was due to the finance company. After about 3 or 4 trips I was finally able to pick up the car. The car was never detailed, it was way past due for an oil change, and the gas tank was completely on empty. On my way back to Helena I noticed that my speedometer was about 10 mph off, and there was a terrible squeaking in the front end. A week or 2 after I got the car my check engine light turned on and I was having problems with my oil pressure alarm/sensor going off. I finally got it into the shop and had to pay $100 to find out what was wrong with it. The speedometer was off because THEIR mechanic put the WRONG SIZED tires on it, the oil pressure sensor/alarm kept going off because it needs a new oil pressure sender, the squeaking in the front end was because THEIR mechanic changed a strut and didn’t tighten it all the way, so they tightened it and now I need a wheel alignment, and the check engine light was on because THEIR mechanic replaced the catalytic converter and did not put it back together properly and so there is a leak in the exhaust. After finding all this out I contacted Bill immediately, and he assured me they would fix all the problems. I brought the car to THEIR mechanic and he “fixed” the problems. The same (wrong sized) tires were still on it. Before leaving the mechanic said that he would email me a statement of all the things he fixed and I have yet to receive that email. I didn’t get a mile away from his shop and all the check engine lights and everything came back on. I went directly to Oreilys and put the code reader on it and got the same codes back as I did before I dropped it off. NOW I will have to pay out of my own pocket to get the correct tires and wheel alignment, fix the catalytic converter/exhaust problem, and the oil pressure sender, which is all going to cost about $1,500-$2,000. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from EZ Auto and clearly they have no intention of fixing the problems. I TRUSTED them, as I know a few people who received great service and cars with no problems. I am very disappointed that they know that I am a single mother and know I need a reliable vehicle for me and my children and this is what I get. If you decide to buy a car from them make sure you take it to a shop of your choosing and have a thorough inspection before giving them any money, and if there is something wrong DO NOT depend on them or their mechanic to fix it. I would steer clear of this “business” as much as possible.

We drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle that these people claim to be in good working condition, we had spent almost a full day talking to them about the condition of the vehicle and when getting there and asking about a few things that was missing on the vehicle and why it had holes and no vents for the back seat, they claim they didnt notice. Not only that but they knew we were coming, the vehicle was not detailed, and they didnt even have the keys available when we got there, they had to wait for the person who does there detailing to get back before we could even start it. Once we got the keys and were finally able to start it, we went back in to talk to them about test driving it, and they told us they now didnt want to proceed with selling us the vehicle because we asked them to replace the vents that were missing. Im sorry, but if you expect someone to pay 7000 for a vehicle you better make sure that vehicle you are trying to sell is worthy of that amount. They are highly unprofessional, shady, and dishonest. We ended up not getting the vehicle at all because our van was in way better condition then the vehicle we were looking at getting. Plus if they are turning business away so they dont have to replace anything and still get their money then that is a shady business you are running.

I am a longtime customer of Ez auto for a few great reasons.1st off It is family owned and operated. 2nd. Bill and Colin are honest about their ability to get you into the right vehicle. They listen and understand your situation and will honestly get you into a vehicle that fits your needs and budget. They are not all about moving vehicles and money. They are more concerned about making a happy customer and helping them find the proper vehicle.I firmly believe they wish to see you back satisfied and happy with your choice. I suggest you see the difference they can make for you and I give them 4.5 if not 5 stars on service and quality of performance. as well as I have not had an issue with them ever. Anything in question they have always been open with me and gone above and beyond to help me. in this I am grateful and will always choose EZ Auto as my first place to start looking for a vehicle. Bill and Colin thank-you.

I bought a 1996 chevy suburban here for 1400, two weeks later the we find out the heads are shot. The salesman told us that it was in good working order and that it was priced accordingly due to the fact that it was 4x4 and that it was rusty and had a few dents and dings. The heads were shot when we bought it and didnt know until we checked the oil and it was a creamy milky color, plus its been overheating since we got it. The dealer told us we bought it for 1400 and that was that the second time we took it back. I told him i wanted my money back and he refused. To make matters even better he said that we were dumb hicks and he hated dealing with people like us because of our attitudes. Im sorry but when i only have 2000 and i buy a car i want it to run. He took our money so now we have no car and no way to get to work other than taking the bus or taxi. DONT BUY HERE.
