Another no-show from the technician. Waited two weeks for the first appointment in this latest round of repairs, they sent parts and rescheduled for today and no call, no technician, nothing. Two confirmation calls yesterday and email today but now offshore customer service keeps transferring and disconnecting my call. The automated system claims there IS no appointment. Really? Whats that confirmation email about?? Im so sick of dealing with Sears I could scream. This lawn tractor has been broken down mire than it has run and we have owned it a year. Word to the wise, stay out of Sears.

Shipped tools I ordered as a Christmas present in the plastic box that they come in with only a shipping label on it. They also have never been able to answer any questions Ive called about and transfer calls to several different deptments before you get the one you as for to begin with. I remember when Sears was a very good store with helpful sales people, but I guess those days are in the past? Its no wonder the company is going under!
