I would not recommend this store at all to anyone who wants furniture. Ive been waiting on my furniture for the last three months and still to this day (Nov.6,2015) i have yet to receive my two nights stands. I had to take some of the floor models just to have what i have now or else i would still be waiting on more pieces of the bed set that i ordered. Ive call the store multiple times to speak to people only to be told to call back 2-3 days later just to speak with the person that is handling my order. when i go into the store the employees are either on there phones or not there. when i ask questions im meet with "I dont know what your order is cause *bla bla* did your order and i dont know where they are/ or there not here." ive gotten in contact with customer service also, they told me that they have spoken to the employee and still nothing is done. I am highly up set and as much as i try to talk to the store owner they can never be reached. Not to mention that the option given to be about my dressers are simply to accept the one good one that ive waited 3 month on a get a broken on for half price. THEY LITERALLY WANT ME TO PAY CLOSE TO ABOUT 100+ DOLLARS FOR A DAMAGED DRESSER.

While the prices maybe low, so is their customer service. We walked in the door yesterday and out of the five people that were just standing, sitting, and eating at the counter not one of them said anything to us. We walked around to find dining room tables on our own, we found a couple we liked but we were back there for 15-20 minutes and no one, that is right not one of those lazy people came and helped us. I walked up front asked if they were actually open, and if they could help us they looked at me like I was stupid for asking and said sure we can. I asked them if they had a sale going on because it was Columbus Day and they said no, when I asked about the ad they had on the window in the front which said Labor Day sale they just said that is the sale we are having..............idiots. When asked if they do delivery she said yes for $69 and then another $35 for setup meaning I am paying $69 for you to just bring it to me. I asked if they had a military discount they do not. All in all this place is horrible, dont even bother.

I have never seen a furniture company that does not stand behind the products they sell. I have elderly parents that bought furniture through them and after having it for a little over a year stuffing is falling out of it from the bottom. When they called in to see what could be resolved they stated the only have a 90 day warranty on the merchandise. Buyer be warned before going through the trouble of purchasing from them make sure you are buying quality merchandise from a reputable dealer. My parents are almost 80 years and when they called the manager had the audacity to tell them that she does not know what goes on in their home. Really? What do you think most 80 year old people are doing in their home? Kids are grown and grand children are all grown as well. What could possibly be going on in their home for merchandise to tear up like this? Makes you really question buying from them.

Our experience has been quite pathetic. We ordered a lot of stuff, over 3000$ worth of merchandise & kept getting lied to on delivery dates. Which now they "will be here today" but even then they wont have our full purchase. The prices are high but customer service was great at the store but its to sucker you in.

I was lied to 3 times about the delivery date. Ive been waiting two months on a bed frame. Why would a business advertise something that they dont have!? I requested a refund and was told that it would be another 7-10 days to receive a check in the mail!? This is not the way to do business!

I am very impressed with the employees in this store!!!! They are very professional, and they all go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase!!!! I have shopped here many times every experience has been great!!! I look forward to shopping here again!!!!!!!

Well never again! Saved $80 to wait a week longer and was told that they would be in for pick up on friday the 19th. Was told that it would be in around 5:00-6:00 pm no call from them. Have company coming in from out of town and have no furniture for anyone to sit on.
