I have attended 5 of 7 classes I wish to take at Ethnic Foods and I am so glad I have. I have learned a lot of new tricks for making super vegetables and expanding my use of spices such as turmeric. My personal goal is to learn how to improve my health through the use of herbs and spices, increased eating of vegetables and the concern and enthusiasm of the owner/teacher is exactly what I have been looking for and its local, all great. I appreciate that we are shown how to add/use the spices and also have the convenience of purchasing premixed blends, so very handy. The instructor provides personal stories, cultural insights and ayurvedic nutritional information which fits perfect to my needs, its cooking plus inspiration. I began taking the classes because I have been working to improve my health through activity and nutrition (think food as medicine, as having healing properties), what a wonderful resource EFC to help promote my goals. I highly recommend the cooking course and the shop, work with the owner she is quite knowledgeable. Better too, this is home cooking and not heavy restaurant fare. Pick a class of interest to you and youll enjoy the cooking demonstration and the tasting too.

be very very careful....pay by credit card and keep the receipt.....read other reviews....they have many unhappy customers....in short, they are not to be trusted

Might as well sell your credit card number yourself.... at least you get the money from that sale... avoid these people at all cost

Pad Thai class was unorganized. Finished one hour early, with instructor having done most of the cooking in a hands on class.
