As soon as my boyfriend and I started seriously talking about getting engaged, I told him that we HAD to go to Wixon. My boyfriend was skeptical; he thought for sure they would be out of our price range. I insisted that we just go check it out and see. I knew I wanted an emerald (my birthstone) as opposed to a diamond center stone, so I called to see if we could drop by, and Wixon was happy to let us come in right away. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Jason and Kim. We were up front with our budget, and they didnt bat an eye. They brought 3 different loose emeralds from the vault and explained the features of each one, including the prices. I immediately fell in love with a unique cabochon emerald. Kim and Jason then walked us around showing us all the different options for settings. They asked a lot of questions to see what styles I liked, and gave honest opinions of how things looked, the best options for our budget , etc. I never felt any pressure. Since we both wanted to maintain a little bit of surprise, we agreed that since I had chosen the stone, he could choose the setting. He proposed 5 months later, with the most beautiful ring. It was the same stone we had chosen, and the setting was better than I could have imagined. My fiance later told me that he had worked with Kim to custom design the setting, and that he couldnt have done it without all of her help. She had taken notes on the things I had pointed out about styles I liked, and worked with their designers to create a setting that fit. We will definitely be going back to them for our wedding bands. My boyfriend and I came to Wixon Jewelers after I found that they specialize in estate jewelry pieces, specifically engagement rings. We had been to other jewelry stores, but the service we received from Jason K. at Wixon blew us away! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient in sitting down to educate us, answer all of our questions and show us a lot of different ring styles. He even brought out loose diamonds from the vault to show us the differences in the 4Cs. No other jewelry store had taken the initiative to do this. We never felt pressured to buy, however we did purchase an original estate ring from the 1920’s that I fell in love with. The service did not end there. They were very accommodating to our needs as we live about an hour and half south of the Twin Cities and Jason was very responsive to follow up phone calls or e-mails in answering additional questions or concerns. My boyfriend even commented that when we went back to pick up the ring a couple weeks later, he really felt that he was a person who mattered to their jewelry store, not just a number they rush out the door after they have already received your business. The employees who were behind the counter at the time were also giving us their undivided attention and seemed genuinely excited for us. I highly encourage you to seek out the excellent selection and customer service at Wixon Jewelers. We are now loyal customers after one visit and can’t wait to give them our future business when we pick out wedding bands!

Not much poor customer service if they dont think you can afford it probably because Im not driving a Mercedes or BMW which seem to be the majority of the vehicles in the lot I received a rather large bonus from work I was intending on spoiling myself and buy my dream watch which meant I was a little over $30,000 I guess people who are wearing t-shirts and jogging pants are automatically excluded from purchasing very pretentious so I left I went to continental diamond and was treated extremely well so well i actually spent more than I thought I had a cookie and a water and was treated like I was a valued customer I dont know why I find it rather unfortunate that in this day and age people choose to make some assumptions on my financial ability just because I decided to not spend my money on a $500 pair of shoes and a $90,000 car I cant afford a nice watch but I am sure thats why they will be working till their 70 and I will be retired in my late forties however they didnt realize that I have a seven-figure watch collection and thats what I choose to spend my money on and I guess they didnt think the Fitbit I was wearing was worthy because I stopped in after the gym and they also lost out on my 20th wedding anniversary present to my wife which was a 5.1 carat cushion cut VVSI G I bought it from Continental good luck with everything and you should tell your employees not to judge a book by its cover because you never know when it might be a rare 1st edition

Our first experience at Wixon was a few years ago. I had an old pearl ring of my moms that had a chip in the "pearl". It was not an expensive ring but had a lot of sentimental value to me. I wanted to see if it could be fixed or replaced. My husband said, lets go out to Wixons. Oh, I said, this is not an expensive piece and they wouldnt be interested. He prevailed and we went out. Well, they couldnt have been nicer. We walked in and were greeted by Jessica Gylsen. She took the ring in the back, found a pearl that fit in the setting, and treated us like we were regular customers and were spending a lot of money. Since then we have purchased a few items and they are the most friendly and professional jewelry store I have ever dealt with. If Jessica is not available, one of the other associates gladly steps up to help us. Each and every one of them is so professional and friendly. I can walk in anytime and ask them to clean my rings and they are happy to do it. Ive had a different experience with another jewelry store, so I am grateful for Wixons. We have recommended them to friends, and just recently Jessica helped a friend of ours with a surprise gift for her husband. Our friend said it was the easiest and best experience she has ever had. She and her husband will be recurring customers I am sure.

I recently visited Wixon Jewelers for my first time to browse their selection of Patek Philippe watches. Jason Krepka met me at the door, offered me refreshments and made me feel welcome. I was impressed with the selection of Pateks Wixon had in their inventory. My mind had been on a Calatrava for some time and I was pleased to find they had the new Ref. 5227 in stock. Jason also went back and found a recently received Annual Calendar Ref. 5146 which wasnt in the display case yet and was simply beautiful. I already own an Annual Calendar Ref. 5035 and hadnt considered another one, yet this new one was just gorgeous. I wanted the Calatrava but couldnt make up my mind. I wasnt a buyer that day, and Jason didnt push me. Yet, he kept the pieces there for me to examine at my will. A couple of days thought at home brought me to my senses and I called Jason and completed the purchase of both watches. In short, Jason did everything perfectly. His no pressure, professional approach was exactly the way to handle me. I was also extremely impressed with his product knowledge and customer service focus. The feel of the Wixon store is one of understated elegance. Jason Krepka will handle all of my future watch purchases Im sure. Hes a professional and I trust him. My experience was so good Im almost afraid to go back.
