Two months ago we purchased three appliances from the Maplewood Location. Everything went great! They allowed us to keep them at the store for month or so until we were done remodeling and all we would have to do is call to set up a delivery. Sounded perfect. A month later we called, emailed, left voicemils and called many more times without any answer or call back. When we finally reached a sales associate two weeks later we were told that wed be getting a call from the new delivery company who would schedule delivery. Played phone tag for another week and still hadnt gotten a delivery scheduled. Fed up, we were ready to go pick the appliances up ourselves so we called St Paul location who was the only answer we could get when contacting. They were able to get us into contact with someone at the Maplewood location who then told us that they couldnt find our range! (How can you lose a stove??). They said they would call us when they found it. We didnt get a call so the next day we called back and again couldnt reach anyone. St Paul location answered though and said they would help. Then today we get a call from corporate who found out what was going. Maplewood called us back a few hours later and stated that they still have no clue where our stove went but luckily had another of the same model. Its a bit ridiculous how hard it is to get a hold of anyone. I recommend taking your own appliances home or scheduling your delivery date when you are at the store!

Wow! What a blessing! I was given a gently used washer from a friend (that knows my funds are tight and my washer was very tired). I was happy to have the new washer, but feared this "gift" was going to cost me money I simply dont have. Somehow I would have to get rid of my old washer, and that was going to pose problem for me. After spending several hours researching disposal/recycle options I was discouraged. I made one last call to Appliance Smart with every expectation they would flat out refuse to help me. Instead I was left utterly gobsmacked. The kind man that answered the phone explained they would be happy to take my old washer. No charge.......seriously.......they would just let me drop it! I pushed him a bit and pointed out that I hadnt purchased anything from him. Was he certain? He assured me they would be happy to help. They would even help to unload it upon my arrival! So.....there you go! It was as easy as that! Not a moment of hesitation. They just simply helped me. Wow. I will shop there now. I will scream their praises! This place gets it! They understand true customer service is making a future customer out of someone everyone else has turned away! Thank you Appliance Smart! You guys rock!

We had never even hear of this store before but on our way to Sears we saw it right off beam ave. We walked in and were expained how the store works. Basically they carry brand new appliances in the box AND what they call "scratch and dent" which usually it seems the small blemishes are on the side/back or top of the appliance and you still get a huge discount. We bought a Kitchenaid fridge from this store for $350 dollars off the original price just because of a scratch on the side that would be covered by our cabinets anyway! Absolutely a steal and the sales associates there seemed to have been working in the field for a long time because they were extremely knowledgeable about all of our questions. If youre looking for a deal this is the place to go! I dont know why Ive never heard of them before!

MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE IN GETTING MY WASHER AND DRYER DELIVERED! Their new company, MXD GROUP, are the extremely difficult to deal with, and Appliance Smart has no control over this part of their business. I would have been better off going to Sears or Home Depot.

After Best Buy backordered our refrigerator hours before the delivery time, Dave was so helpful in getting us a fridge as quickly as possible! He found us one that fit our needs and was so kind and helpful! We will definitely be going back for any future appliances!
