Last year I started a new plan with Sprint at the Forest Lake location, the process of getting my phone was a long one dealing with very unprofessional staff. They sold my boyfriend and I on a plan saying we could utilize a discount through his credit union that never was actually applied to our plan, now in order to get the discount we were told we would have to start our 2-yr contract over. The times I have been in the store to ask questions about my phone or plan the staff was RIDICULOUS! Once one of the employees answered the phone while he was helping me and got into a verbal argument with the customer on the other line which ended in him hanging up on her and laughing about it to me, this made me very uncomfortable. Another time I went in to ask to replace my phone because it was not showing the correct time and it kept freezing on me, the "manager" took my phone and pressed a few buttons saying he fixed it but nothing was improved. Today I went back to the store with the same problems, as well as having a crack on my screen and wanted to ask them what I would need to do to replace it. A blonde girl behind the counter came to help me but before I could finish explaining my concern she cut me off and told me, "This is obviously customer damage" and I would have to call Sprint myself and pay $100 dollars to replace the phone. She handed me a card with a phone number to call and that was the extent of how helpful she was willing to be. I will NEVER return to this store and I recommend anyone else drive to Maplewood for help because at the very least they dont treat you like your bothering them there.

My wife purchased an Otterbox Defender case on 1/31 for her IPhone 6+. After having the case for less than 24 hours she decided it was too heavy and bulky and would not work. When we went to try and return the case (We had the receipt and was purchased less than 24 hours prior) we were told there are no returns on accessories. I would avoid this store at all costs! Buyer Beware. Staff was unfriendly and customer service was non-existent. We will be doing all of our business at the Sprint Corporate store in Blaine from now on. This is not a TRUE Sprint store and is owned by a company called "Wireless View PCS" That means the return policies that you expect with almost all business out there, do not apply to this store.

Recommend avoiding this Sprint store. I traded in a phone in early January and they told me Id receive a $7 off per month credit for the extent of my 18 month lease. Two weeks later they called and said they actually couldnt do that deal, even though I had already traded it in and signed the new contract. Finally after arguing with the store manager, she agreed to give me a one time credit of $7 x 18 months ($126 total) due to the mistake being on their end. I have since called countless times to have employees "take my message and pass it on to the manager" because I have yet to receive that $126 credit. I finally talked with a manager who promised it would be coming. Its now mid-April and no credit... ridiculous.

Not good. I wait an average of 45 minutes each time I go there. Store phone number goes immediately to a full mailbox, so you have to go in for everything. I have stopped by 4 times now for a refund, because I tried Sprint for 30 days (as advertised), and had no signal in many of my regular areas. I returned my phones after 2 weeks of use and went back to verizon. I have been told multiple times that Sprint will send me a refund check. Sprint customer service has encouraged me to stop payment on my credit card to the wireless express store. The problem is that I paid cash. I am still waiting for my refund after more than 2 months of them dragging their feet.

Ive been in this store a few times. Ive never been impressed with the quality of service. My experience today was a dealbreaker. I was about to buy a couple new phones when I learned of Sprints $10 extra per month per phone premium data charge for all smartphones. I was a bit annoyed with this so I called off the deal and said Im going to investigate and shop around. The salesperson simply said, "youll be back". Fat chance of that. Ill be going to Maplewood or Roseville from now on. If I decide to stay with sprint that is. 9 years of customer loyalty and nothing in return.

This is the best Sprint store that Ive been to since being a sprint customer. The customer service was far above what I had expected compared to my previous Verizon customer service. I switched into a new phone, they helped me to find the phone that I was looking for, set it up for me, switched all of my numbers and spent almost an hour with me showing me how to use it. When I made my next visit to add an internet card, they explained to me how I would save money by just adding a "hotspot" onto my phone. I have and will continue to recommend this store to any body who asks!!

This sprint store is indepently owned and run, and they will scam you! they tell you they are giving you discounts, and just charge you more! I have herd so many people getting bills up to $200 over what they say!!! Sprint is a wonderful service, but do not go thru this store to get it!!!!!!!

Knowledgeable staff. Nate, the store manager, was extremely helpful getting my phone activated and ported over from another carrier. I worked with Sprint Customer Care for hours with no luck, he took care of it in a matter of minutes.

Make sure you call before "just showing up". They change hours daily and close 2,3 or 4 hours early when the staff decides they are bored at work and wants to go home. Not worth the stop, just keep right on driving by this store.

Lovin the selfie stick. Customer service was awsome, they even let us take a selfie with them using the selfie stick. I will refer people to this sprint store always. Nate Chopper and Yuly were great at helping us out!
