Just read through the google reviews posted here. Not sure why, guess I have nothing better to do.... I have purchased two bikes from WP Harley, have done lots of upgrades and of course have purchased a ton of clothing, riding jackets and such. It is interesting to read highly positive reviews and highly negative reviews on the same dealership. I can tell you that my experience has been nothing but positive. They always say "welcome to the family" which sounds like some kind of marketing speak, but I can tell you for a fact that it is not. They really mean it, which sounds weird I know, they are a business, trying to make money. But they feel like if they are simply nice to people they will make money, which is true. I would not buy a bike or get my bike serviced anywhere else, no way. Our bikes are like members of our family (like our kids) so yes they are important. Their prices are fair, not cheap. Like everything Harley. WP Harley is very good, the negative reviews posted here I do not agree with at all. I am a customer of theirs and I think they all (sales, service, parts, clothing) do an excellent job. Well you did continue to earn my business. As you know I just bought my third bike in 2 years from you. Traded one of the others (yes, my wife said I could trade-in her bike over her dead body) and got a 2017 M8 Limited. Bike is freaking awesome. Very happy.

I really appreciated the sales team. Jeanette is perfect at her job. She presented the Bike and asked if I wanted to test drive it. I declined, because I would have heard the Rinharts roar, wet myself and signed on the dotted line. I explained pretty much that to her and she respected my wishes. I told her Id think about it. So, 5 hours later I came back road this beautiful dresser. Again I told her I need to think about this. That was on Saturday. I told her because of my impulsiveness I needed to think this over, would let her know either way on Monday. Again she respected my wishes and didnt try the old "others are looking at it you better move now." Monday I stopped by and told her "yes." Rory read the loan estimates to me that his partner set up. What a team. Saturday Ill be picking up my 2011 bagger, and figuring out what to do with my beautiful 1998 FLHTCUI Anniversary. Thanks Jeanette. You and your team are well meshed. Ive had the same type of experiences with the folks behind the parts counter too. Your bosses are wise. A little about me....Im an alcohol and drug counselor. Riding my HD especially all day Saturday recharges my battery so Im able to keep a clear mind as I assist people trying to get their lives back. Semper fi By: Ted Grego Glencoe, MN

Im giving two stars because giving one seems too easy. These guys drop the ball with just about everything. I bought my bike from them new in June 2015. In that time period, they: didnt replace blown speakers under warranty when I left my bike to get stored over the winter. They had from NOV to APR to do it. They forgot. After needing to bring my the bike back in for said issue since they hadnt fixed it- I was told it would be ready for pickup at "Noon." The bike was not ready. The manager figured Id be in the "afternoon." Lastly, today, I had my bike to be delivered from the dealership at 1 PM. At 1:30, after no delivery yet, I call into the dealership and Im not on the schedule. Lo and behold, they found the note that the tech should have entered into the system but didnt. The only person who got things taken care of was Mark in service and I havent seen him in there the last few times. Thats it. Oh, and never mind about the two stars. Ive gone with one after re-reading what I wrote.

My purchase timeframe was "extended". Probably 6 months. Every time Michael Kamrad saw me, he probably said to himself, "well maybe this time hell get off the pot!" Michael greeted me every time. Never any pressure, just asked if there was anything in particular I wanted to look at. Sometimes there was, sometimes there was not. And of utmost notice to me was how respectful and sincere Michael was with my wife. Ive bought many an automobile were the sales associate offended my spouse as the, "oh, her, the other half." On December 31, 2016 I bought my new Dyna Low Rider from Michael. I trusted him every step of the way. He even debunked a quote I had received from another dealer for a windshield and saddle bags. Michael is a relationship person, supportive and patient. A great representative for the Harley brand and WPHD.

I visited the store for one of their AWESOME BBQs and couldnt be more happy with the staff members and inviting atmosphere. The buying experience can often times be fearful and tedious however that is not the case at this store! Although I didnt purchase a bike when I visited, I have never been more impressed with a Harley Davidson store. From the organization and cleanliness of the interior, to the vacation-like atmosphere outdoors in the grilling area, I couldnt think of a better place to visit on a Saturday afternoon in Eden Prairie! Buyer or tire-kicker, you have to stop in there and most certainly ask for Rory- you will never buy a bike from anywhere else!

I was very disappointed with them . I made an appointment 4 weeks in advance and they still didnt look at it untill a week after that. Every issue i reported they found nothing. Got my bike back and within 5 miles of riding all issues are there yet. Nobody called me ihad to call to find out if the bike was done wich it was as far they were concerned. Ive bought 3 bikes from st.paul hd even got married in their park by the lake.i sure thought id be taken care of better then this ive spemt thousands on bikes and parts. Apparently they dont want to fix my bikes. This nightrod will go somewhere else from now on as will the rest of my business.

I was traveling and had a mechanical issue and as good fortune would have it Wild Prairie was the closest dealership. I arrived mid afternoon and they were able to get the bike looked at and get my problem resolved. These folks went the extra mile to repair my bike and get me back on the road. Thanks Brent, Woody, John and Trenity for your care and great work. I also want to say while my wife and I were upstairs the merchandise and sales staff were very considerate. They could tell I was a little anxious and engaged us in conversation to help take my mind off what was going on. Again a great big thanks to you all.

As the riding season was approaching the need for a new Harley-Davidson was setting in. I decided to visit the local Harley Dealer (Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson) and immediately upon entering the building I was greeted by the wonderful, enthusiastic, smiley Jeanette Olson. From start to finish and even now after she has made the purchase and experience of a brand new Harley-Davidson better than I could have imagined. A fantastic sales woman and an even more fantastic person. If you are in the market for a new motorcycle I highly recommend taking the time to visit Jeanette. Youll be glad you did.
