Went in to inquire about getting a new phone. The associate was super helpful UNTIL he realized my device wouldnt be paid in full until November, and I wasnt excited to pay $200.00 upfront to pay it off. He THEN wanted nothing to do with me. I have two lines/phones. A Note and S7. I decided I wanted the numbers switched on both, he did that by switching the SIM card and said "here you go". I then explained, if posssible Id like content from the phones switched. Some was very important for an upcoming court case. He informed me he "couldnt". That I should screenshot everything and save it myself. I was so frustrated he wouldnt attempt to help me by switching the content, I left. I googled how to transfer photos over blue tooth. I googled the best way to save txt. Downloaded a application to convert the texts into a PDF. This took me about an hour for everything. Do you know where I accomplished this task? Their own parking lot! I pay a lot of money for service and devices. The least I could get is a little customer service. Apparently thats too much to ask these days. I get the associates only make money on selling phones, but come on. To retain those customers, you need to treat them like you did when they purchased the device. I myself, had worked retail for many years (even Verizon for one year) and Id never think not helping someone in such an unhelpful fashion. Avoid this store unless all you want is a device and nothing else.

drove 2 hours to get to the Verizon Store. Got 2 new I phones, one person started out switching out our phones and another finished. We were rushed out the door being told that we needed to keep the one new phone close to the old phone so that the data would transfer over. Only to find out that they did not have a sim card in the new phone and it would not work. So we will have to take 1/2 day off work with driving and who knows how long it will take for them to get to you and get the work done. When i called the store, I was on hold for what seemed like forever I was greeted by the rudest person I have ever spoke with. They offered nothing for the inconvenience..Not even an apology..Just more attitude. Would NEVER recommend this store..SLOW/DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING/ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/VERY INCONSIDERATE! Who is the manager and why wouldnt they pass the phone over to someone in management? Really if you want to get a new phone that is not the place to do it... NOTE TO ALL: THE MANAGER WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AS WELL....THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR

I recently signed up for a two year contract with salesman Matt Linman and was told that I would receive a 20% discount on my data plan each month through my husbands company discount. A couple weeks later when I saw my bill did not reflect that discount, I found out that the 1GB data plan was not eligible for the discount. Beware of the BAIT AND SWITCH! Aly, the store manager, and Matt "offered" to let me go to a more expensive plan, pay a restocking fee on all my phones to return them, or settle for only half of a refund of the money I would save over the two year contract, so obviously they were not interested in doing the right thing by honoring the price they gave me but were only interested in their own profit. THIS STORE IS DISHONEST AND WILL LIE TO YOU! After a few phone calls to corporate, the corporate customer service people credited my bill the full amount I would have saved over the two years with the discount.

Awful customer service with the exception of Nate, extremely long wait times....we were told we could bring our old iPhone 4 back in for a credit towards our account. We had toyed with the idea of keeping it as a back up phone but decided we would take the $200 credit towards our account. They had said we had a month to make the decision. Went back into the store a week later after purchasing a new 5s an hour before closing time and they said they couldnt help us. It would be a hour and a half wait and they close in a hour. All that was needed was a simple 5 minutes of here is the old phone and here is our account number to credit. They also stated we needed to turn the old phone in the same day which wasnt what they initially had told us when purchasing the new phone.

ALWAYS long waits, not the greatest technically, I brought in a New unlocked iphone 6 bought directly from Apple----not Amazon-----and they told me they could not set up the phone on my existing Verizon account and I had to contact Apple. Apple support said no way with an unlocked, factory new phone they could have set it up there or with any carrier. Will have to try a different location hope to have a better experience! Had to go here again for some service and it appears they will only do one thing at a time so you need to keep coming back to wait 30 to 45 minutes and the waits are ALWAYS half hour to 45 min. Do NOT buy a phone or service here as these are the same waits you will be in for. If you have to have Verizon go to a different location.

I had to wait a long time. And they had horrible customer service my phone keeps freezing on me and I am getting a new one but not tell Tuesday and it is Saturday today and I need my phone for work in told the person who was helping me that I need it for work and I was taking time out of my work day to get this figured out and he told me to go buy a cheap $50 phone to use tell Tuesday I dont have the time or money to go out and get a different phone just to use it for a few days and I was told awhile back by a Verizon person that you cant just buy a phone and use it.

I went to this store to upgrade to a google pixel XL and when I got there a staff member brought me to show me the phones and "check me in". She said it would be a wait as there were a ton of people and not enough staff. I waited for almost an hour to be told the phones were all back ordered until Christmas. The person checking me in knew thats the phone I wanted specifically and never bothered to tell me that information. They seemed very disorganized and wasted a lot of my time. Go to best buy they have more in stock and better deals.

I think Verizons customer service has gotten a lot better in the last couple of years. My experience with my local store has been great, through a switchover from T-Immobile to exchanging devices. Theyre better now at explaining the hidden costs and being up-front about those things, plus their people really know the hardware. I recently got a Google Pixel XL which was backordered for more than a month. Verizon threw in the Daydream VR unit, no cost, as a bonus for my wait. Theyre really trying hard.

The representatives were watching football the entire time. Told me I needed to call customer service before they could even do anything. Called customer service waited on the phone for ages and then had to call them again and do the same thing-- neither time resulted in the result the agent suggested it would. After waiting an hour the agent finally tells me I can not upgrade 2 weeks early unless I want to turn in my previous cell-phone.
