They have a huge selection of products, some for a great deal. If you are coming in for something specific, it can be hard to figure out where exactly it should be located (which gets to my major complaint). Hobby Lobby is a huge business, yet has hands down the absolute worst inventory and pricing management structure I have ever experienced. It is shocking they make money at the end of the day. None of their items seem to be in any inventory system, everything has to be manually entered at the register, sale prices dont automatically come off, and sometimes just figuring out what an item should cost takes multiple people researching whatever manual printouts/flyers they use to figure out where stuff should go and how it should be priced. As much as there are items I could get here, I avoid this store when possible just because in the year 2017, the interaction of me giving you money for a product in your store should be handled with a bit more efficiency.

Every once in a while I stop in to see if they have something I cant find elsewhere and they usually do! And then go to pay and I remember why I dont shop here. The cashiers have to manually enter the prices of all the items and then look in their flier to see if anything is on sale. If it is and they catch it, they then have to manually adjust the price. And yes, I said if they catch it. Every single time I go here at least one sale item gets charged the regular price. This is not a dinky little mom and pop shop in the middle of no where okay. Its a huge business, there is absolutely no reason or excuse for such terrible business practices. Customers shouldnt have to take a picture of the sale signs and then double check their receipts to make sure they werent overcharged. Which I have done before. This is the only location I have been too so I dobt know if they all run this way but its ridiculous.

My experience was amazing! I purchased 4 picture frames and when I unwrapped 3 of them, I found defects; a gouge on one, and two glass panes that were broken on the corners. I brought the 3 back the next day and exchanged them. When I got home and remounted my pictures, I noticed that a hairline fracture had developed on one. I was concerned that, if I returned for another exchange, I would be turned away, but I hoped, nonetheless, that the panel from the gouged frame Id returned the previous day would still be in their back room. When I returned to the store, of the managers recognized me from the day before. She walked with me back to the frame shop and had another piece of glass cut for me!!! I was amazed! I was not expecting this level of service! They certainly have a permanent customer with me!

Hobby Lobby wake up! You are losing customers. Lines are 30-45 minutes long! YOU NEED SCANNERS. I know you are old school and want to type in each items number but it was taking each customer 8-11min. Per customer! Lines were at least 6 to 8 people deep. 3 people walked out when did, with out purchasing because of the lines. Move to 21st century and get computerized! A very disappointed customer.

Half the items had signs saying they were "Always On Sale." That defies the meaning of sale. Not really a hobby store, closer to a cheaper Pier One with all the home decor they have. For their hobby department, they cover a lot of different hobbies but not much of a selection for each one. Youre better off sticking to JoAnns or Michaels.

Couldnt find anyone to help us find things, then went to check out and stood in line for 20 minutes, line was long and they only had one cashier ringing , check out was slow as to them not having scanners to scan items but instead they had to type every sku number in . Not really an enjoyable shopping experience.

They never have enough people at the checkout and then there are employees standing around or stocking an end cap next to the check out as there are clearly 10 people in line.... also always use a coupon, never buy anything at full price.

Giant selection of stuff. Lots of cheap crap to decorate your house for the holidays. Most items are house brand (ie. No Velcro brand hook and loop fastener, just 20 varieties of their brand). Decent selection of ribbon and fabrics.

While I dont agree with the company and what they stand for, they have some cute fabric and crafty stuff. They also have a ton of made-to-look-vintage signs and crap that is made in China. Doesnt seem very Christian to me.

I absolutely love Hobby Lobby! The store is neat and clean and do they have anything I could want for my artistic desires. I also love the fact that the music well doesnt have lyrics, has positive messages.

Standing in a seriously long, slow moving line. Only one cashier but many other employees standing around. Happened the last time I was here as well. Going to Michaels from now on. So frustrating!

Dont go here if you want to check out quickly. They dont use scanners at the registers and everybody has to price check everything. It took them ten minutes to figure out the price of foam board.

Nice friendly service and if you know what youre expecting from the store, its a good experience. The atmosphere could be less cold but they can have good deals on home decor.

The flooring company that cleans the floor does a really good job on cleaning the floor. Ive been in some hobby lobbys that have nasty floors.

I came in looking for some looted Tibetan artifacts, but all they had were some ancient tablets looted by ISIS. Not my thing.

My family and I have fond Hobby Lobby far superior to Michaels or JoAnns as far as the selection and price.

It would be better if it had less weird awkward christian teens and old ladies running the place.
