So someone physically went to this store & purchased 2 iphones & added them to my already existing sprint account. I dont even live in MN. I live in so cal. How this could happen just baffles me. I called this store to report it to the manager but i was told by whomever answered the phone that they were the closest thing to a manager & they could help me. I explained my situation & he didnt seem concerned. He just asked me what 2 numbers were added, i gave them to him & he said a manager would call me back but never asked for my name or number. So i said dont u want me number? He said it came up on my caller ID & that was that literally a 20 second phone call. Didnt even get my name. This all just sounds too shady for me. How can someone purchase 2 iphones under my account in a state i dont even live in? Im extremely furious & disappointed to how my call was handled.

The most horrible customer service , a very unprofessional manager , rude and i think he got issues with people with accent , i was the forth on the waiting list ( he told me so when i visited the store about month ago ) and still did not get my Replacement ( note 7) yet, then i found out he did get 7 Phones and never called me as he said, when called him he asked me to go to the Corporate stores ( after i got the phone from him) , i called his company to talk to them witch ( a third party company ) about 8 times and left many voice mail and they never answer me back. will if his company did not care you wonder why his acting this way , i wont even give 1 star to this store if i have that option, train your manager and teach him that people are the same

I was having the worst day when I was at a different sprint it was in coon Rapids and they laughed at me saying you can try at T-mobile since we were quoting sprint but then I went here and they were SUPER NICE! Olivia was the nicest and sat on the phone for 20-25 minutes and stayed after closing. Marcel also stayed on the phone for us just so I could get a new phone. Even though Derek didnt help he was super funny and got a smile on my face. Thank you Olivia for selling smiles and thanks Derek for selling happiness. every time I go to a sprint store it will always be here

Ohhh my god , the worst customer service , worst manager i ever seen in my life, loud , rude and he is answers are : i don`t know why it s not in my system We are only a 3rd party store we dont deal with that /this i do not know what to tell you the system wont let me do it ( dude you are a manger you should know all the answeres concerning Sprint ) i went to other sprint store about 20 minutes away answer all my questions, help me order and done Advice do not go there and deal with that manager

Worst experience ever with Sprint. Manager lied to me about a new plan they had back in August 2016. Added a tablet and hotspot to my service. My phone tablet and hotspot suppose to share a 40GB plane. It never did. I went back 3 times to get it fix. The manager said hell fix it. Never did. Now Ill have to pay off my contacts if I want to close off the line. Been with Sprint 10/12 years owning a phone and the fawking manger still lie. Dont recommend to friends out there. Go to other store

I was helped by Derek Novak at the Sprint store in Blaine at northtown mall and he was so helpful and nice. I have over 2,500 photos and 450 songs that i wanted transfered over to my new phone he instantly showed me how to do it and even started it for me. I have always went to the maple grove location and left unsatisfied with their customer service but today i found my new favorite location. Thank you very much Derek!

Nick and team came to the rescue! We came in with our granddaughters frozen iPhone 6 and left with a new phone after Nick, Jacob (the rookie), Marcel and another team member helped resolve our problem! If you are a Sprint customer and need help, or are ready to upgrade, this is the store to go to! If youre thinking of switching to Sprint, this team will take care of you!

Best store experience i have had at a sprint store yet! Louis was amazing at setting up our new accounts and getting our new phones. He even stayed over half an hour after the store closed to make sure our phones were all up to date and working correctly. Very very impressed !!

I came in to the Sprint store tonight to get a new phone, Ethan Bates and Derek Novak were my assistants. Excellent job explaining things and helping me drop T-mobile and join the sprint team. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to change phones...come see these guys.
