I walked into the Apple Valley location today to literally purchase a full kitchens worth of appliances for my condo renovation, and just happened to have my service dog with me that has every single VA approval available. She helps me with my severe panic attacks I get after having served my country. She did not have her vest on today, which isnt a state requirement at all. She is highly trained and walks by my side wherever I go. Instead of asking how I could be helped after walking around for about 10min w/o any sales assistance, I was instead, asked if my dog was a service dog or else I need to leave. Why the hell would anyone go to a store to spend $4-5k if thats how theyre initially welcomed? Id highly encourage training your employees (to include assistant store managers), on how to correctly approach someone with a service a dog. Dont come at them hostile. Greet people warmly. Common sense would hopefully tell you that a dog that is walking by its owners side is probably a well-trained animal. Not everyone is a bad guy out there. -a business owner

Long story short, I bought a fridge that didnt work from day 1. Spent two weeks getting the stupid warranty updated because they LIED and they DONT fix appliances that dont work so I had to deal with Samsung. I told the store manager I had no fridge for a week and a half and what the heck is going on with Samsung, so his solution was to call Samsung and spew the same info I had already gotten from them. FF three weeks. Tech comes out, and recommends returning the fridge as there is no Freon in the system. I would call, they would tell me that was OK, and then drive 35 minutes to the store just for them to change their story and say they needed some other piece of paperwork. Finally after a month (and four trips to the store and back) I got refunded the price of the fridge, but they REFUSED to refund the $70 delivery charge because "well, it was delivered to your house." Shame on me for expecting them to deliver a fridge that actually WORKED.

My wife and I had been looking for a new washer/dryer. We checked out the Appliance Smart in Rogers MN and were not impressed with its disorganization and lack of help. We were in there for 10 minutes and nobody even said a word to us. We had browsed the Apple Valley location before, so we went back. The woman on the sales floor, Sonia, was super helpful. She asked us what we were looking for, including our budget. It was obvious she listened to us because she showed us a great washer and dryer with all of our requirements and within our budget. Awesome. Would recommend this particular location and especially recommend working with Sonia!

Appliance smart never has appliances that I want or need in stock. Ge gas range with griddle, portable dishwasher, water softener nothing. Appliance Smart St cloud says if you make an order and dont like it when you pickup in store your screwed. you have to keep it. The only reason I continue to try and shop there is because we have a credit card with them. Had it for years and have never purchased anything on it cause they dont have anything we want to buy. If you need a basic bottom of the line appliance, great store maybe, but if you want something with more bells and whistles your SOL.

Ive bought all my home appliances here. They have great prices and Ive usually been able to drive home with my purchase the same day. Larrye has especially been helpful with service after the sale. It simply makes sense to buy your appliances here. Its no-nonsense. The only thing they dont have are fancy display kitchens showing off the appliances. They do have everything you could want marked with a clear price.

If I could I would return all my appliances--a fridge, stove, and dishwasher--and pay twice the amount somewhere else. Their customer service is horrible. They never return phone calls and even when you get to talk with them, they do nothing! I have had nothing but frustration from everyone working with ApplianceSmart. The amazing deals I received on my appliances are shadowed by the headaches this store has caused me.

Rude people working here. I even got yelled at by a janitor because it was taking a while for me to wash my hands because there was a problem with both sinks in the bathroom, and I didnt realize that they were waiting for me to get out so they could clean it.. still pretty rude and unprofessional. Its not my fault your sinks dont work.

I went to Apple Valley after driving from Rochester to St. Louis park ,we were treated like dirt in ST LOUIS PARK Mike was so much help, He had over the top customer service , we were treated with respect and not not a piece of chop liver. Thanks Mike for your out standing work with us .
