first bad experience was i took my new scrambler 1000 there to have it looked at they tried to sell me a break job on a new machine i told them it was new they said it happens and it would be a week before they got to it i told them nevermind i would be coming to pick it up all good i show up and one of there guys is out riding it i pick it up and brought it to another dealer they tell me my breaks are brand new nice job guys and also ive been in there for parts and well lets just say i will save money going elsewhere on anything they have all 5 times ive delt with this company i walked away unhappy i really hoped it would improve but they have lost me as a customer but i dont think they care much anyway !

Went to get a new key for my jet ski. Was told on the phone the key would be $32 and that it needed to be programmed. When it was all said and done, I was charged $55 for the key and another $55 for about 5 minutes of work programming the key. (The mechanic opened the jet ski and looked inside and said "this is going to be a lot more complicated than I thought." Sounded like BS to me. They knew exactly what my ski was when I called.) I was contacted by the owner and by bill was adjusted to reflect what the charges were supposed to be for a re-key. The shop has a new owner who is making changes and hopefully will turn things around in the future.

Our experience with Pro Power Sports & Marine was absolutely amazing. Our sales man Brad Johnson was amazing. At no time during our visit did we feel pressured. He was also very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect snowmobile for our needs. Randy Blomlie the store manager was also amazing. He made The Whole process easier then we could even wish for. I went in on Saturday October 1st and got there right before closing and Brad came over and was talking about all the different ATVs that we were interested in. Found one I liked, and he took the time to get all my information and application filled out. He stayed late and didnt make me feel rushed or anything. Got a call that following Monday saying I was approved when did I want to pick up. I will definitely be referring people there and referring them to Brad. Thank you so much Brad for helping me and not pushing me into anything I wasnt interested in.

Went in to look at a bike, and the salesman didnt know a single thing about it, including telling me the price was $2,000 more than what was listed online. Even at the online price, the bike was still overpriced for the condition it was in. I do appreciate them letting me test ride it, but when I got back the salesman was nowhere to be found and I stood there for almost 10 minutes. I would have had to negotiate quite a bit off the price to feel comfortable making that purchase and ended up just leaving.

I would highly recommend this place! I was treated very well. It all started when I walked through the door. The salesman BRAD was very knowledgeable on all the products they carried and didnt carry. That made my decision very easy on which atv to choose. The Sales Manager/Finance Manager Randy was also great to deal with. He is very upfront and honest. I had such a great experience with my purchase, I came back two weeks later with my wife, and she bought one to. We are both Completely Satisfied!!!

Worth the drive! We did some serious 4-wheeler shopping around the southern part of the state and tripped over this place on our adventures. Honest pricing, fantastic crew and awesome customer service. We will be back when the time comes for service and future upgrades but for now we will enjoy the thrills of owning not one, but two Can-Am ATVs... I really hope they enjoyed us as customers as well, cowboy Zach was a hoot!

I stopped to buy helmets for an ATV. I waited in line to be checked out for about 20 minutes as one employee was helping someone else buy a vehicle. The other employees didnt bother to help us check out. Eventually I got tired of waiting for service, so I put the helmets back and went elsewhere. Ill make sure my friends and family shop somewhere else next time they buy a ATV or Snowmobile.

Took my new can am 500 for 1 at service Todd service Manager told me I would be done in a week I called the following week on wed Todd said I would FOR SURE have it ready by Friday I show up on Friday at end of the day and it wasnt done and I never got a phone call or nothing I wont buy or bring any thing there ever again

Wish I could give a lower review. Went today to look at a new ATV and the sales people are the worst I have seen. No one would help or even talk to me without having to stop someone and then he talked to me for a minute and then disappeared. I will never go back this is the third time this has happened.

I ordered some Suzuki suspension parts through them. Although they were the correct part, the bushings were out of spec and would not fit. Even though Suzuki told them that could not happen, they took them back and ordered an after market kit that worked perfectly. Thanks for setting this right.

Got a flat fixed on a little motocross bike. My bad for not asking price up front, but $82 for 0.5 hrs of labor seems steep. Of course the tube itself added to the price. Usually the bigger fixes are decently priced, but you may want to look elsewhere if you have small things to deal with.

Parts department is terrible. Called them up for 4 screws in the clutch for my sled. Had them in stock and told me on the phone would be $4 each. Got there and they would not honor price and I paid $8 only because I needed them. My last time in there and will never be back.

Just picked up a new outlander and everything went awesome , Brad my sales guy is very knowledgeable and we just bsed for a long time from riding bike to boats. Randy the finance guy was fun to work with explaining everything including the extended warranty very well.

Just purchased my 2nd and 3rd machines from Pro. Very fair on my trade value and sale price of the new Sea-Doos. Very impressed with the sales manager during the delivery process. He took the time to explain safe operating, which Im sure will save me money!
