Over the years I have bought several cats from this place. They always have a great selection, fair prices and are a pleasure to work with. In-fact, I have referred at least a half dozen people to them when they were looking for a good reliable car for a decent price. I have never regretted it. As far as some of these comments listed, I have to laugh. Especially at Scott Johnsons review. Come on dude. Seriously;y? It is a used car!! If you think for one minute there will be no maintenance required, you are smoking something really strong. The whole point of buying used is exactly that, you are paying less because the car has miles on it along with wear and tear. The point is that this dealership is honest and trustworthy based on mine and several other opinions, that their customers posted after buying the car. Based on my experience, they have good prices and great service both before and after the sale. Maybe lay off the reviews until you can add something of intellectual value. Scott if you are looking for a new car, then go to a new car dealership....

On the 4/14/2011 we purchase a 2007 Chevy Express Cargo Van from import auto sales from salesman Steve Sherman with a broken driver side view mirror he stated on the contract he would replace it by sending a replacement mirror in the mail to us. After two weeks we contacted Steve about the mirror he stated that we should receive it by monday. It never came. We kept on contacting him and said he shipped it out and when we asked for the tracking number he kept on dodging us, never sent the tracking number. Finally 1 month after purchasing the van we received the mirror which was used and was for the passenger side not the driver side. We contacted him immediately and he said he would send someone to pick it up right away and send us the correct one. It has been a week and no one has been sent to pick up the mirror. It has been 5 weeks now since we purchased the van and we still have not received the correct mirror for the van. Buyers beware.

We had a wonderful experience with Tom at EZ Auto Sales. Im super skeptical and cautious about cars and dealerships and this experience left me feeling taken care of and not taken advantage of, if you know what I mean. I found a car I liked online for my teenage daughter. I wanted something safe and reliable yet affordable for her. I went for a test drive and the car ran great. My daughter also took it for a drive and loved it. It was a GREAT deal! The loan process was simple. I applied online and emailed back and forth with Tom. The whole process was quick and easy. The next day the car had some problems and I was so scared we bought a lemon!! I got ahold of Tom and he had us bring the car back in and they fixed it up for us, apologized for the issue, and we havent had any problems with it since. Great people to work with! Highly recommend this dealership.

Found a 2013 Red Impala LT with a lot of fun features, super roomy and pretty quick, was told it was a clean body from Florida and a clean title. Almost jumped on buying it but I brought in my good friend that sells cars, he looked at it for maybe a minute and told me everything wron with it, and clearly I saw after I was told. The front end was all sorts of bent up, and it had previously been considered a TOTAL LOSS by the insurance company. THIS CAR NEEDS A SALVAGE and it was moved states to have a "clean" title. I get its a dog eat dog world to make cash, but thats some shiesty s**t. I do not consider any business that doesnt give you the entire truth about their products at all a reputable business, will not be going back. 2 stars only because of quick service and a very large lot of cars for an independent dealership.

So far the car is reiliable. Although Ive only owned it for 4 months. But like any other used car dealer, they are full of it. (i see they like to respond to messages. And i assure you i purchased from this dealership.) when purchased i was told it had, new shocks and struts, brakes, power steering pump, and battery. They replaced the pads...not rotors. So Ive replaced both. The battery just went out. Oreillys said the battery was from 2003. My car is from 07. Wtf. Also it was the wrong battery. Struts need replacing, very bumpy and noisy. Also when it got cold the power steering was stiff. I siphoned out the old fluid. (which was extremely filthy) no way it was replaced. Thanks for nothing crooks...

I bought a 2004 ford focus with 75k on it they gave me a car fax report as 1 other owner and not problems. So I bought the car about a month later I went to change the oil and notices yellow paint on the shock tower come to find out the whole front end of the car has been replaced and the upper contol are was still broken. On top of that when the car was sold to me it was in need of plates and tabs they told me they would take care of it and that they would show up in the mail 4 months went by with unanswered phone calls and the run around finaly they paid for the tabs but not the plates. They need to work on there service

Bought my vehicle. After having a mechanic look at it, it was found that I needed transition fluid. Steve said hed fix yhis. He didnt. Then as Im leaving the lot my keyless entry isnt working. Called Steve and he said hed look into it. Never called me back so I called him. After 10 canceled appointments and several unreturned phone calls. I contacted better business bureau. No response. My husband contacted radu, owner, and it was taken care of promptly. Only 4 months later. I would have given them 5 stars if the car repair would have been handled more promptly. Avoid Steve if you have a problem and talk to radu directly.

I have purchased over six cars from EZ Auto over the years for myself and older kids (almost all in the 5-10k range). I found EZ Auto to be reliable and straight forward. Not a high pressure sales place. Affordable cars. The mechanic does good work also. He identifies the problem, gives an estimate and a fix date, and sticks to it. I plan to continue to do business with them. EZ Auto Sales shares facilities with other car dealers. Perhaps some of the poor reviews are better directed to the other dealers.

This place was terrible. They sold me a car which I thought was a great deal. 6 months later Ive put $5000 into a $7000 car with no end in sight. They sold me a car with no gas in it first of all. When I said something to the guy, his response was "Theres a gas station up the road." For real??? Then, the car broke down less than 3 months after I got it to the tune of $2000 and they wouldnt even return my phone calls. Now Ive just put another $3000 into it...its ridiculous. NEVER GO HERE.
