Let me preface my review by saying that Ive been here multiple times and had no issues whatsoever. Today I went in to pick up the new Xbox One S, and made my way to the locked case where they keep them. There were no employees to be found, except for one guy at the mobile desk. I went over to ask him to open the case, at which he audibly sighed and drudgingly got up, only after finishing his text or whatever he was doing on his phone. We went over to the case, and he unlocked it. Fine. But get this - he opened the left door, and the right door was the one that needed to be opened, but he insisted that he couldnt open the right door. Its a sliding.glass.door... Not very difficult to comprehend here. So I did it myself, got the Xbox, and he said "you have to use my register to buy that." That was fine, so we went over to the register. He clearly had no interest in being there, and scanned the item, I swiped my card, and asked for a bag. He rudely replied, "we dont have any bags." Just at that moment, another employee was walking behind him towards the stockroom. He was kind enough to stop and actually get a bag - they were right in the cabinet at the guys feet, so his no-bags claim was just a bold, lazy lie. Props to the second guy, he seemed like he knew what he was doing. I left the store, and dont plan on coming back for quite some time. The employees name was Ricardo. He works in the mobile section. If you come across this guy, for your own sake dont ask for help.

this by far has been the worse experience, never will I give watertown mass target any of my service. First off let me start saying the woman who worked guest service on January 26 2017 @ 9:09pm was extremely rude when I called about my online pick up order.. for personal reason I was not able to edit my order to put an alternative pickup but I called ahead of time and asked to speak to a manager which was a male around the same time, I was told everything was all set and my uncle was all set to pick it up etc but did I mention he lives about an hour away in which he took his time to give them business. anyway the "manager" said as long as he had his ID and the conformation email of my order we was all set to go, he gets there about 9:58pm and guess what happen? everyone acted so dumb founded as if they had no idea so after the rude customer service over the phone and the manager telling me I was all set my uncle walked away without my product I order and my order was cancelled. now I am on the hunt for this item that just wont stay in stock cause its a popular item and of course my 5yr old wants bad for her birthday. THANK YOU target for nothing but frustrating.

I was just a customer at the Watertown MA store. I had parked by the back/mall entrance as I usually do. I did my shopping and proceeded to leave but I was unable to because the back/mall entrance was closed. I had to walk around the entire mall building to get to my car with my 2 small children in tow. I had to walk through busy parking lots with lots of cars pulling out and it was extremely unsafe. When I got to my car I called to speak with someone at the store about this issue. I spoke with a representative and was transferred to the manager. I told the manager what happened and asked why and suggested that an announcement was made prior to closing the back/mall door. The manager was extremely rude to me. I asked her for her name and she hung up on me. I called back and found out her name is Lois but I was refused her last name. My husband called back to get the managers name and she said her name was Maria but is refusing to actually give her true information or a manager number. I am appalled by the behavior of the manager and I cannot believe the way I have been treated.

Two words: Pessimistic staff. At the cashier lines, theres often an employee herding people into different lines, yelling at customers to come to this lane or that. Also, my cashier was a woman who was VERY annoying. I was using my Samsung watch to pay for a product [since it works everywhere, synonymous to a credit card], and the annoying lady at the cashier perpetually repeated, I mean, she did not stop saying this phrase for a good minute straight, "we do not take apple pay. we do not take apple pay. we do not take apple pay". This furthered my irritability, because after I paid with SAMSUNG pay, the lady kept saying, "we do not take apple pay. we do not take apple pay". Seriously??? I just made the payment and shes still telling me that? From a customer viewpoint, I believe this store needs to promote better customer treatment and respect for customers. Poor experience.

My wife got the $250 gift card from iPhone purchase. She went to buy gift cards. They told her before the cashier she could only buy six. "Dont let her buy more than six." Unfortunately my wife forgot the iPhone gift card. It happens when you are a parent with your child, you forget things. So she put the cards back and left to get it. The same associate called security on her when she returned to buy six cards. "Were going to review the security tape she said." Knowing she was innocent she encouraged them too. Instead security asked her to leave. I dont know if Target expects my wife to steal? They have the tapes, they can review, see we are innocent, but then they would have to admit that they were rude to my wife for no reason and kicked her out of the store for no reason. Terrible store.

In comparison to the Target in Easton which is my main Target I visit, this is not on the same level, possibly due to the sheer number of people who frequent this location. The lines at checkout are always long even though they have about 20 of them, however they do have all of the same features like a Starbucks and all of the departments that you would generally see in any Target. The location is fairly central too, right near the Arsenal Mall and next to Best Buy as well, pretty convenient.

i had a great experience at the watertown store, especially with the manager Melisha, she was able to help me while multitasking numerous other things, in my opinion she should be running the whole store. the only complaint i have is a gentleman with a name tag that said ‘G-Rock’ (?) he was extremely obnoxious and belligerent. luckily HR has since fired his a$$. its good to see that the new HR girl knows what she’s doing and can run the store properly :)

At Targets in Watertown MA on 7/23/17 At 11:30ish a employer named Steve was ride to my friend Betty DuPont (who purchased $80 on a phone ) at the returns customer service. He needs more experience in listening to customers. He wasnt a young person so it makes me wonder why he was irritated helping customers Please speak to him or watch to see how he is towards customers He gave a poor example representing Targets on 7/23/17 (near noon)
