Ive had mostly positive experiences here. We purchase many of our major electronics here and stop by for the odd gift or computer part when needed. I do feel like the employees are stretched thin in the big ticket departments as it can feel like theres no one around to help. Weekends are a bit better, though. One recent purchase went particularly smoothly. We bought a laptop--nothing high-end, just something to replace an old netbook--and the sales associate was great through everything up until the very last step in the process. He was knowledgable, friendly, and courteous, but I got the feeling that he would be making commission on the insurance because he was selling it so hard. Other than that, though, Ive never had too much of a problem. At times what is on the shelf and whats locked up in the back get confusing. Theres no display, for example, for Office 2011 for Mac, but they DO sell it (and for far less than Office 2010 for PC since it only has 3 programs). Luckily for them I asked if they carried it; I almost left without a word, intent to purchase it on Newegg if I couldnt find it in a jiffy. When Market Basket opens in 2012, I expect that the store will get much busier than it already is. Maybe steadier traffic will force them to stock, label, and provide service more consistently.

If I could I would give the -1 stars .. I have purchased an apple laptop from best buy in North Dartmouth great service went to the one in Brockton to purchase the microsoft office for mac ive asked the representative to help me purchase the right software and guess what I went home and when I try to download the office program it was incompatible because the guy sold me the wrong software he sold me the office for a pc not mac. I went back with the receipt and ask them to replace it for the right one been at the store for an hour and they did not want to replace it. I will never buy anything from them and make sure I will never recommend them to anyone and make sure that everyone I know will never purchase anything from them. The worst customer service.

Very rude employes and customer service i suggest if u go their to buy something know what ur getting cause employes are rude, slow and dont know what theyre talking about. i asked a guy to call someone to help me out with something cause he didnt know nothing about it which i get alot their and I waited like 20 minutes before I gave up and walked away if I could give no stars I would it seems like they hire right from the ghetto cause thats how the act unproffesional i shouldent be threatened by an employe cause he saw me open a box to see if case fit my phone. I will never step foot in that store again and thats how I feel they deserve no stars

This was probably the worst experience i have ever had in a reputable store. The staff was rude and argumentative and had no knowledge of the products. I was beyond frustrated and when i asked for the manager, the staffs attitude did not change even in front of the manager, i even felt a little for the disrespect for the manager. I have never had such a bad experience and hopefully they will get better training and inform the unruly shouting customer service attendants that this is a business not their own personal place where they can disrespect the customers. I am truly disappointed.

Always have had a good experience with the Brockton store. I shop there a lot. Sales associates are knowledgeable. Geek Squad has done great work for me. Very pleased with the staff and overall appearance of the store More times than not, when I am looking to purchase something that Best Buy sells, It seems to be on sale at Best Buy. It is super convenient to order the items online and pick them up at the store if it is not in stock. Also I am a rewards and gamer member. I saved a lot of money on those two. Way to go Best Buy.

This place is horrible when come to scheduling appt. I called earlier in the week to get sooner apt then Sat to avoid all the people for weekend. I spoken to the guy supposedly head of installation on Wednesday. He ask me what day is good for me I said Friday. I get there at 11am which my appt was for to find they block that time off no installer took day off. They refuse to waive installation cost thru their error. I took all damn equipment ask for them to credit my cc asap!! horrible first time experience

Wait can be long if u r buying electronics. I believe they have 4 in that department. They spend alot of time with each customer most of the time. I had one tipping man. I wish i knew his name. He was so patient and kind. Knowledgeable too. I went there for the second time today and waited about 20 for him 2 finish with another client. I only want him. He had long dreads. Kind of cupcake color and slim and short.

Thats where we buy all of our electronics but the thing that bothers me is that my dad bought an iPhone 6 there two years ago almost and he is paying for insurance and his phone charger part is broken and when he goes to get a new one they wont just give it to him they want him to go online and fill out a form that we tried filling out so many times and it never works.

I bought a Samsung 50" Plasma about 2 years and its great. They price matched a sale price I found a month later. I bought an power adapter in New York City for my camera last year and returned it to the Brockton store a week later with no problems. I bought a camera there, my stereo equipment, cords, hdmi cables,DVDs. I think the store and the people are terrific

Great place to get electronic devices ,phones ,tvs .every electronic device your looking for. You can see and try everything out .they help you out and no what they are talking about. The best place to shop for electronic devices. And they have a good return policy. They ether fix it or give you a new one. Number one place for electronic devices in my book.

Worse shopping experience of my life. I was supposed to be helped by Tim in home tv section. He kept running off, excusing himself and not waiting for a response. He gave me the attention a 2 year old would give a book. I didnt buy. I went to walmart up the street and I got better service. Shame.

Decent selection of current electronics but the store needs a refurbishment. It feels dirty and run down. On the flip side, the staff are friendly and helpful. After a good cleaning and updated carpet/fixtures this could be a 5 star location.

This place is a joke. You walk in there and there is no customer service... Everyone that works there looks at you and keep walking, checking their phones or talking to each other. Whats the point to have all those employees on uniform?

My go-to place for dvd Movies and TV shows. They always have LOTS of sales. Love the Verizon rep over in phones too...always helpful and they make sure youre getting just what you want. No high pressure sales here!
