I ordered a product online from Best Buy. After 6 days, not 4, I received the product. After going and buying all the cables and running all the wires and hooking everything up, the product was broken. I called Best Buy and they are going to ship a replacement unit and instead of offering to at least expedite the shipping for the inconvenience, I was told it would be another 7 to 10 days before my replacement arrives. Thats longer than I waited for the original order. It would have been really helpful if my customer service rep would have spoken English too. This was my first experience with purchasing a product from Best Buy and will absolutely be the last. I decided to go with them instead of an unknown Ebay seller, but maybe I should have saved the money and done so. The customer service and product quality I expected from Best Buy was definitely not what I received. Very disappointed.

Good beat buy overall but the car audio guy was horrible. I had a subwoofer and amp installed. He mounted where the controls are almost impossible to see or access. He told me that my amp was too powerful for my speaker even though it was exactly the right amp for the ohm load I was running. He told me some door speakers I wanted wouldnt handle the wattage of my stock Bose stereo, even though they were rated at twice the necessary wattage and would be running at 4 ohm instead of 2! Then he neglected to anchor down my sub in the trunk of a 480hp car. Oh and he also neglected to ground the amp so it somehow worked for 2 months but then obviously quit. Oh and I had also mentioned 3 times that I wanted my radar detector wired in while making my appointment but was told while there that I wasnt scheduled for that and therefore they didnt have time.

Went there to buy a cable for my print server and was told that it did not exist. (Tech support told the the specific type of cable to buy). The sales clerk implied that I did not know what I was talking about. I drove across the street to Office Depot and bought the cable and was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. If you can go in and get what you need without the store personell, great. If you need help, its pretty much a hit and miss.

Multiple people in the store have never heard of new products that are in display and didnt seem interested in asking someone else for help finding. I found the Pebble watch display on a later visit on my own right next to where we were when I had previously asked. I didnt see it because they currently have multiple aisle ends blocked with stacks of boxed products. Shameful that they didnt see it being that they work there and all.

Just had a manager named Javi tell me that, "If you dont like the price, you can take your business somewhere else." I was trying to explain that an Open Box items price should be discounted further because the non-Open Box item was on sale 27.5% off. He didnt agree. Im an Elite Plus member, and apparently he didnt want my business. Ill be sure to shop somewhere else -- thanks for the tip, Javi!

Store was clean and the people treated me nice even though they knew I didnt have any money. They didnt bother me when I looked at the movies but as soon as I got around the expensive stuff like the Apple products every salesman and women was out of the floor saying: " can I help you". To me they are saying; " what do you want? Why are you here? We are watching you? Please leave."

I went there on black Friday. It was crazy but well stocked & there was order. The blue shirts are always willing to help. You are always offered add-on warranties if they are available for purchase. Great prices & sales (& they price match). Their reward program is excellent. This is my go to for my electronics.

Great assistance from staff , they will stay to help you with any & all needs , as long as it takes! The GEEK SQUAD can fix any of your PCS issues, are the only ones in the store that can answer any of your PC questions, & are the only ones that will answer the PHONE when you call. WHICH IS FOR THE BEST!!!

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable at this location when I asked for a technical breakdown between three 4K televisions. Some Best Buy locations have staff that just read from a stat sheet, but one of the guys here took the time to go to bring us back and forth between the sets to point out differences.

Its Best Buy, so you can pretty much expect it to be more expensive than it has to be. Second, dont go there with questions - their floor reps will look you in the eye, say "sure, itll do that" to make a quick sale, then you have to return the item because rep didnt know what he was talking about.

Worst.service.ever. Employees are not trained well and do not know about the items their selling. Had to look up my own information on items because they couldnt be answered. Manager was not helpful either. Disappointed, especially a since this best buy is the closest I would rather buy online.

Not a great place to get help with products, staff seem to dislike even being there, prices are super high and the store lacks high end PC parts which is a staple of computer/electronics stores of old. WiFi has a password and I only found one employee who knew anything about anything.

This is my favorite kind of store! But I can rarely find the price on things! Especially video games, which are always disorganized.. Basically, I feel like each customer needs their own personal Best Buy associate following them the whole time.
