My husband called in advance to see if Ideal had a part, they said they did.. I live in Denham Springs and went to pick it up and was at the store by 1:35 pm on Saturday. When I got there the door was locked, the "Closed" sign was in the door, but the hours of operation posted on the door stated they were open until 2 pm on Saturdays. I could see people standing in the store so I knocked on the door, but no one acknowledged me. I called the store on the phone and asked what the hours were on Saturday. I was told they were closing in 10 minutes. I asked why the door was locked since they were supposed to be open for another 20 minutes. I was told someone would be to the door to let me in within 5 min. I waited 5 minutes, went back to the door, knocked, but no one answered. I left at this point. I called the store after leaving and asked why no one came to open the door. He said they were not open until 2, I said that is what is posted on the door and he stated "I know what time this store is open". I told him I was going to report this to the BBB and he said good and offered to give me the phone number. I told him I did not need it. He called me back 5 minutes later and said he would wait on me to come back if I wanted to come get the part. By this time I was almost back to Denham Springs and told him I wasnt coming back. Horrible, horrible, horrible service.

i could not find any one open on a saturday that had the part i needed where i live,called them up and he stayed on the phone while he looked up my part and put his hand on it to make sure he had the part.great service thank you p.s.the ones i called said they could order it and with a $15-20 shipping charge it would take about a week

asked them twice if they had part in stock before driving all the way to store. when i got there i had to wait for rep to answer his cell phone and finish his conversation before he looked up the part. then he said he did not have it. terrible service!!!!!!!!
