I come here all of the time ONLY because of convenience but I am almost THROUGH with coming here. I only have a problem with one customer service rep but I seem to almost get her. The first time I had to deal with her, I had my two toddlers and I honestly cannot remember if I counted how many items I had but I hopped in her lane, they werent that busy if I recall correctly. She was in the 20 items or less. She gave me a very stale look but I tried interacting with her. Then an employee that, from the sounds of it they had an agreement she would get checked out by this rep, came behind me to wait and that looked to be in a rush like she may have been on a break. This rep told the woman behind me, "Im sorry some people obviously dont know how to count," as she looked me directly in my eyes and proceeded to check me out. The woman walked off. I didnt say anything and left. The most recent that I have with this woman, next time I go I WILL BE getting her name, is at the customer service desk for a money order. She proceeded to tell me very plainly and unpleasantly that theyre machine was broken and before I was able to respond got back to whatever it was that she was doing. If youre doing customer service, you need to be polite and courteous, pleasant, and serve the customer. I dont care if you dont like your job or not. I find this very distasteful and obnoxious. The only thing I dont like is that Im not good with confrontation but next time I will be getting her name and I will be getting something done about it. It is unacceptable.

I was at the counter of customer service when this horrible white lady in work out clothes demanded attention because the kid, (who everyone knows checks your receipt when you have unbagged items) its called stop loss. Well this young kid pissed her off the lady by doing his job asking her to see the receipt. According to her, talking to the extremely nice and patient African supervisor, shes white and in workout gear so she shouldnt have even been ever stopped in the first place. Then as he was trying to ease her frustration, she says what are you smiling at!? Yeah Im pretty huh? Taunting and confusing this young man, because pretty she was not. This is when I said, no youre not but hes probably smiling at his pretty coworker, not you. I was pissed for him. His boss (uh ohh another black guy) over hears from his office and tries to help her understand the policy which she says Ive never heard of that! I dont know must be white privilege or something but I was so embarrassed for her lunacy seeing how she thought her ignorance meant to her she was right in her tirade. I give the customer .02 star rating but I didnt catch her name. I really sympathized with the whole staff who all looked offended and helpless to defend their extremely pleasant and professional peer leader whom handled it in a calm easy professional manner.

Auto center is a joke. I brought (4) slightly used tires in to get mounted and balanced on my truck, at first, all they cared about was if they all were matching, (which they were). He looked on the door jam to see what tires go on the vehicle and he said he wouldnt do it because the tires I brought in werent the same size as stated on the door jam. I said my truck has optional tire sizes. He didnt care and refused. Truck data tag called for 235/75/15, but I currently had on the factory option of 31x10.5x15. I brought in 265/75/15 which was a "plus zero" upgrade. Obviously the auto care service manager has NO knowledge of his own line of work, will never do business there.

I have never had a good experience at this Walmart at today topped the cake! The customer service here is horrible! You would think that Walmart was NOT a customer based business given the way they treat customers. The only good experience I had this morning was the door greeter which is actually out of the norm because most times they dont even speak! At least the you lady that was there today was not only friendly but, she made eye contact as well. The employees act as if the hate their jobs and if thats the case leave. There are far too many people out there in need of a job that would be happy to do the job that you hate so much!

Dont use the bakery for cakes! In my 37 years, marriage of 14 years, and being a parent of two children for 9 years, Ive always loved every place Ive ever ordered birthday & special occasion cakes from. This year we decided to try Walmart for my sons cake and its terrible. Thought it should be easy since it was a print out from their book but they cut the paper in half so theres a line down the middle, put it on crooked, and its all bubbled up. There was also a place for my sons picture and it wasnt even cut straight--the edges are jagged--and its not positioned right! To top it off, it was the wrong flavor!

So recently this store has had this super loud alarm that goes off every couple of minutes. I cant stand it. And no one in the store seems to know where its from or how to stop it. Children are screaming when this happens. The store in general is a mess, unclean. Most of the people I have asked where an item is, cant tell me because they dont speak English well enough to know what I am saying. The pharmacy on the other hand, gets 5 stars from me. Ive never had a bad experience. Tara and Collin are great! I hope the alarm gets fixed so I can continue to shop here!

It is a nice Walmart. Most of the cashiers are friendly. The natural turnover in employment leads to minimally trained cashiers and aggravating encounters with overworked floor managers. Mostly clean sales floor but the bathrooms are always slightly messy. You can always get what you need for a cheap price but it will also be a cheap shopping experience, its Walmart. Dont expect great things.

Worst place to shop no respect even the new manager Rose worst disrespect I ever got maybe she is trying to throw her nasty unprofessional disrespectful ass around to show off and to waste tax dollars calling the cops really because I told u to f*** off and leave me alone did I hurt Ur feelings Ur a joke Rose me or my family will never shop there again I bet that nasty store and management

Went to the deli at this store at approximately 2:30 P.M on August 13th. My roommate ordered a Pick 3 Bucket and tried to pick 2 meats but the employee argued with her that she had to choose 2 sides and 1 meat. Not surprising since about half of the employees here barely understand English. Will be taking our business to Aldis or one of the many nearby stores. Its not worth the hassle.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life at any store. The manager Fatima refused to sell me a product and laughed in my face when I asked her why. I cannot believe Wal-Mart hires such horrible people especially a manager like Fatima. She also told me if I had a complaint to call 1-800-walmart which was no help at that time. I cant believe how horrible of a person she was
