In June of this year I switched from Verizon to US Cellular and purchased a new phone in the process. At that time I was told that I would qualify for the same monthly discount (available through my employer) that I had been receiving from Verizon. The request was submitted by the sales person. A few weeks later I received a letter telling me I was not eligible for the discount. I stopped at the store and was again told I should get the discount as discussed in June. The request was submitted again - and was denied again. I have since been advised that I need a more expensive plan (!) to qualify for the discount - per the store manager. I do not want or need a more expensive plan. Be careful! US Cellular does NOT fulfill its promises to its customers!

Worst customer service that Ive ever had the misfortune of encountering. Every single time I go to this specific US Cellular I wait for a minimum of 45 minutes, sometimes up to 2 hours only to be told that they cant help me do whatever Im trying to do. I have literally never had a positive experience any of the times Ive been in there. The US Cellular in my hometown is 500x better than this one, I always got great customer service. Avoid this US Cellular if you can, Next time Im going to drive all the way to the mall just to avoid this awful store.

The customer service here is awful. Every employee Ive dealt with has zero knowledge and is extremely rude. The employees will tell me that there is nothing they can do but when I call the customer service line they actually help me fix whatever problem Im having. In addition the shortest wait Ive had was an hour long, normally its about 2 hours. I hope this location shuts down because it gives US Cellular a bad name.

Im seeing allot of people bitching about the wait time. all you have to do is call in and make an appointment. I was able to get in right away. I was stuck there for about an hour and a half for a phone upgrade but thats not their fault. The people there are nice and eager to help.

Huge wait times. For whatever you need. Plan on spending a day in or around the building if you cant get an issue resolved over the phone because, damn. Way understaffed, really slow and often incapable of helping you fix your problems.

Went into this store 3 times and each time it was over a 2 hour wait!! Each time I was told it would be between 30-60 mins…. thats just unacceptable service...
